Saya menginap di Hotel ini selama 1malam untuk urusan pekerjaan, dan pengalaman saya sungguh luar biasa. Mulai dari proses check-in yang cepat dan ramah, sampai pelayanan selama menginap yang sangat memuaskan. Kamar (5/5): Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan desain interiornya elegan dengan sentuhan klasik. Tempat tidur sangat empuk, AC dingin, dan pencahayaan ruangan hangat. Fasilitas lengkap: ada TV kabel, minibar, teko listrik, dan brankas. Kebersihan (5/5): Housekeeping sangat teliti. Kamar selalu rapi dan wangi setiap hari. Kamar mandi juga bersih, dengan amenities lengkap dan air panas yang stabil. Pelayanan (5/5): Staf sangat profesional dan ramah, dari resepsionis, bellboy, sampai petugas kebersihan. Saya sempat minta late check-out dan mereka sangat kooperatif.
