You guys really know how to welcome a guests I have stayed in other resort too but no one like Conrad yet Thank you for making our holiday super fun .. This was our second stay at Conrad Bali. This time we stayed for 3 nights in room 1216. The room is very big and spacious. It have direct access both to garden and lagoon, separate living room and a huge dinning table. We love it so much where every morning we could enjoy the sunrise right from our room. Breakfast were great, they provided selected buffet and ala carte where you can order from the menu. Our kids love the bento. On saturday they had a live music in the eigth degrees restaurant. Staff were attentive and kind from check in to check out. Some of the staff that we remember are Ainun and Suardi from front desk, Shaw from reception, Dewi from Suku restaurant, Made from guess activities and many other staff that we couldnt name it one by one. I've stayed in hotels in more than 20 countries around the world. Cheap ones, expensive ones, basic ones and fancy London and New York hotels. Not one has come close to the level of service, the cleanliness and the beauty of this hotel. This resort is jaw dropping. The pool(network of pools) is incredible, the views are spectacular and the rooms are stunning. All leading to their own private beach. Which in my opinion was a little dirty and choppy but with pools like this, who could complain. The staff are the most friendly people I have ever encountered in my life and they are hands down the most kind and helpful human beings I've ever met. The entrance is like something out of avatar with jungle and waterfalls and epic stairways that lead the the grand Hall with a grand piano and 46 sofas and chaise lounges and you're greeted with a complimentary fresh sweer tamarind juice. The rooms are exemplary, with every attention to detail. No expense is spared and no amenity is missing. With a quality and luxury I haven't experienced in New York hotels costing 3 times the price. The breakfast (even during covid) was a semi buffet with unlimited a la carte Japanese bento boxes and and eggs of any style. The only breakfast I've ever had in a hotel that was better was LeBua hotel in Bangkok. If you only stay in one hotel in Nusa Dua and you can stretch to this amount, don't think about it... Just do it!

Stayed here for a week and wished it was longer. Due to restricted access of tourists from China etc the hotel was quieter than is apparently the norm. Staff were at all times efficient, respectful and yet very friendly. We had a suite facing the ocean and sitting on balcony in evening was very relaxing. There are multiple pools for both adults and children, and lots of seating available, and the surrounds are very well maintained. We watched a small army of gardeners forever working to ensure everything was immaculate. Breakfast each morning was a highlight with a large variety of fresh food to suit everyone. Only problem we encountered (and not the hotels fault), was the appearance of the swarms of mosquitoes right on dusk but some precautions with hotel supplied mosquito repellant usually did the trick. Overall a very relaxing experience and, once restrictions are lifted, one i will be happy to repeat again.

I love conrad bali, they had beautiful view to the benoa beach, so lovely with huge swimming pool. I never seen a swimming pool with sand before, but they did it ! I reserved a room with lagoon access, so you can directly jump into their long pool lagoon from your room. That room was great ! Breakfast was excellence ! More variants.
