Overall oke, harga bersahabat dan kondisi ruangan cukup oke, cuma agak terganggu soal kloset yg goyang seakan2 mau copot. Breakfast biasa aj dan cleanliness oke.

Pelayanannya cepat..awalnya saya menginap satu hari tapi karena masih ada urusan jd saya nambah sehari dan lewat aplikasi tiket.com..pihak hotelnya jg menyarankan untuk booking lewat aplikasi yg saya gunakan krna harga hotel jauh berbeda di tiket.com lbh mahal kalau diperpanjang lewat hotel langsung..proses penambahan cepat tanpa pindah kamar

The parking lot is very dark, humid and there are no other guest vehicles parked except employee vehicles.
Lobby is just as quiet. From corridor to the elevator was dark and seemed gloomy. The elevator is very narrow like a freight elevator.
From parking lot until arriving in the room there were no other guests I met.
The Sky lounge is abandoned and dirty.
Furthermore, the condition of the room is very worrying. Only tile floors which have been cracked and broken. The wall was cracked and there was leaky water seepage. The smell of the room is very musty. Floors, room furniture, snacks in the minibar are very dusty. The sofa in the room is damaged and no good at all.
The bathroom is dark and stuffy. The towels are dirty and dusty.
Overall the atmosphere of the hotel is very uncomfortable. So we decided to check out not long after checking in. Then while in the elevator I experienced a strange experience that made me shudder. Its so creppy I think.
For a room rate equivalent to a three-star room rate, I am certainly very disappointed. Although near the airport, this hotel is not a recommendation at all.

This Hotel only has 2 stars but it is worth more than that. I personally researched and visited quite a few Hotels situated near the Jambi Airport because traffic is often really bad to and from the better areas. This Hotel is just fine, clean and convenient with an in house restaurant also there is very good Western style Cafe "Casa D'Alicia" just up the road next to a supermarket,
The staff are super friendly. Hotel has a laundry service and WiFi.

Okay this review I present for our friends Mr & Mrs. Irvan who invited and served us to here, to Jambi province. Yeap! This is also a holiday chance for us. Exploring the new area that we've never been before. *hatur nuhun broh Irvan-sistah Niel!
Jambi is located in Sumatera Island. We see the Jambi City is quite crowded with people and also vehicles. We see Jambi is ready for welcoming more visitors here. We landed at Sultan Thaha airport, the new airport one. Our trip was not really far from airport till we found the hotel.
Located in Jambi City main road, this hotel is very strategic to get. We are easily get many famous restaurant or tourist attraction in Jambi. The most important thing is we are easily to get the wedding venue, because that is the main reason why we were there hehe.
For the service command, hmm.. I think this is great for budget hotel. The air conditioner is good. The room service serves us for bath foam, shampoo, dental kit and towel. Breakfast was ready and served with Indonesian menu. The taste is good. And when we asked the room rate, I think it was great as a budget hotel.
We recommend this hotel for all of you who arrived at Jambi. Well, when we have a another chance to get there, maybe we can book this hotel and exploring Mount Kerinci, the place that we miss to visit last trip. Unforgettable trip :)

Hotel ini letaknya sangat strategis, tidak susah untuk mencari makanan di sekitar hotel ini. Dari segi pelayanan di hotel ini bole dibilang bagus dan fasilitasnya juga lengkap. Hotel ini juga menyediakan sarapan pagi untuk tamu hotel yang menginap. Dari segi harga bisa terbilang murah apalagi anda yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan. Kemungkinan hotel tersebut akan memberikan potongan harga kamar. Fasilitas di hotel ini adalah memberikan pelayanan antar ke bandara tanpa dipungut biaya alias free.

Sebagai hotel budget, tidak banyak yang diharapkan dari hotel ini. Harga yang cukup murah dan strategis. Fasilitas yang didapatkan pun standar hotel budget. Jika menginap dihotel ini, fasilitas antar bandara bisa didapatkan dengan gratis.
