Saya sering nginep di courtyard Marriot dan selalu mendapatkan pelayanan oke. Tp tanggal 15 Agustus 2020 saya check in untuk 2 malam (executive suit room), saya sangat kecewa. Saya datang jam 1.45 berharap bs check in jam 2 seperti biasa. Akan tetap pihak resepsionis bilang saya bisa check in jam 3, dan saya harus nungguin sama 1 anak balita dan 1 bayi. Saya menunggu sampe waktu yg ditentukan. Akan tetapi saya heran dgn pihak hotel krn lebih dahulu melayani group besar yg datang 40 menit setelah saya dan langsung dapat kamar. Saya bertanya dgn resepsionis, dan disuruh menunggu lagi. Tamu yg lain yg datang setelah saya dah dapat kamar. Akan tetapi setelah nunggu lewat dr jam 3, saya tanyakan lagi. Dan mereka minta waktu 30 menit lagi. Akhirnya, setelah istri saya bertanya lagi, mereka masih tidak bisa menyediakan kamar. Dan kami memutuskan untuk refund krn kami selalu diulur2 dan sibuk melayani pelanggan yg lain. Disaat kami pengen refund, baru mereka bs kasi kamar. Akan tetapi kami sudah terlalu kecewa dgn pelayanan yg diskriminatif. Saya paham kalau mereka sibuk, akan tetapi bukan berarti tidak melayani tamu yg lebih dahulu check in. Seharusnya klw mereka tau ada group besar datang, mereka sudah mempersiapkan kondisi tsb. Akan tetapi saya dan keluaga saya dikorbankan untuk melayani group besar tsb. Berdasarkan pengamatan saya, hotel ini wlwpun bintang 4 by Marriot, tp tidak menerapkan protokol COVID-19 secara tepat. Group besar dibiarkan bekerumun. Semoga hal ini tidak terjadi dgn pelanggan yg lain. Dan ini cukup terakhir kali saya booking di hotel ini.

jauh jauh datang dari jakarta, kolam renang, gym, kids club tidak bisa digunakan. dengan alasan kesehatan. variasi menu sarapan juga sedikit banget...jauh dari woww sekelas marriot. menurut saya kemahalan sih kalau bayar sekian hanya untuk kamar saja, sedangkan fasilitas sama sekali ga bisa dipake. ketika complain, dutu manager juga tidak menunjukan emphaty. pls improve cara menangani keluhan tamu. complain ke tiket.com juga tetap tidak mendapat solusi.

Ke airport deket,kamarnya kecil tapi nyamanlag standart Marriot,meskipun bantalnya 2 kusam 2 gak,mejanya dikamar yang bulat terlalu besar melihat ruangan yang sangat kecil. Jbl soeakernya keren,suka deh. Thank You Courtyard Marriot Bandung.

Baru bisa check-in stgh 4 sore, padahal sudah datang dr jam stengah 2. Untuk hotel sekelas Mariott Bonvoy Group, hotel ini terbilang GAK BANGET! Plusnya hanya karna lokasinya strategis dan dekat kemana2, udh itu aja. Didalam kamar sprei kotor, air panas tdk berfungsi dgn baik. Bfast tidak variatif dan pilihannya sdikit.

Kami tdk suka dng sarapannya. Terkesan tdk fresh cook. Ada yg keras seperti rendang sapi. Ada yg hambar. Kalau gorengan sudah tdk garing lg. Intiny kurang menyenangkan untuk sarapan di mariott

Kami sangat senang berlibur di bandung dan menginap di courtyard. Kamarnya sesuai harapan kami dan ditambah lagi kami mendapatkan dinner gratis utk jumat dan sabtu malam.. lokasinya pun strategis di pusat kota bandung.. liburan ini sangat berkesan bagi kami sekeluarga, terima kasih courtyart

Lokasi ok. Makanan sarapan lengkap dan enak. Ada musholla juga tempat sholat jumat. Yang kurang, cara ngatur suhu ruangannya, kurang mudah dipahami.

Review Courtyard Mariott Dago I stayed two nights in deluxe king room with Families, 3 person in each room Courtyard Mariott Dago might be one of the old hotel in Bandung that have undergo mulitple renovation, but its prestige remain as exclusive 4 star hotel by Mariott Chain. Their facilities and services are top notch. BEDROOM Prior to our arrival, i have communicated with the hotel marketing staff to make sure that i get the room with large sofa bed. So if you are a group of 3 person, wanting to stay in one room, choose the deluxe king room, because it has sofa bed that can expand twice in size, making it suitable for another large adult, or even two kids. Call the hotel and do special request to make sure that you get such sofa bed, also bear in mind that the hotel don’t provide extra bed in deluxe rooms. Our room is relatively big, the sofa bed works as day bed as well, overlooking bandung cities through floor to ceiling large window, it was nice that i got a room facing sunset! the king bed is VERY HUGE. definitely fit 2 adult and 1 kid comfortably. There is also a large marble table by the sofa, and with proper sofabed configuration, huge families can sit together to dine on the marble table, i also love the carpeted flooring. feels exclusive. the TV play local and international channel such HBO, FOX and some kids channel. Wifi works great. Water boiler comes with instant coffe and tea, and some set of glasses. two complimentary mineral waters are replenished daily. There is a fridge without minibars. slippers are provided, There is ironing board as welll, or you can choose to laundry your clothes. There was problem with our aircon not cooling well and remain at 25 celcius, we have the hotel’s engineer checked, but the problem didn’t get fixed :(, but it was okay, bandung can get chilly at night, and we were out of hotel during the day. Room service needs to pay more detailed attention toward cleanliness of the flooring, i still spot dust piling below the cupboard, and even spiderweb, but its not regularly visible anw. BATHROOM HUGE! however the toilet and the floor edge need more scrub to get rid of those water stain. Amenities provided is of okay qualities, love the lemon smell from the shower gel. However, by default they only provide one set of amenities. I need to call the room service to request extra shampoo, toothbrush. Hair Dryer is also provided upon request. The shower booth is very spacious with strong water current coming from the rainshower. Hot water is easy to adjust. BREAKFAST due to covid prevention, Hotel buffet need to follow strict service procedure. Staff will wait on every food stand, and will scoop the dish you select to your plate. There was rice congee, baked beans, sausage, grilled tomatoes, some indonesian dishes, cold drinks such as milk and syrup juices, most of the dishes taste are mediocre. But what i love the most was their pastries. The waffle is crunchy outside, soft inside and very flavourful. It come with maple syrup, chocolate / strawberry syrup, almond flakes and even ice cream scoop! and kudos to the chef pastry to follow the trend and bake korean garlic cheese bread! FACILITIES again due to covid, swimming pool and gym access are closed for the time being. Gym looks decent with quality equipment. There is also child playroom with books, toys and Playstation. LOCATION Dago is Bandung’s trendy center, it has plenty of food options, cafes, restaurants and many more. Bandung is such a small place that going anywhere is easy and fast. Weekend however, can get very crowded and traffic. SERVICES Friendly staff! check in and out was a breeze. Standard check in time was 3pm, but they let us in at 1 pm. Courtyard Mariott is one of the expensive hotels at Bandung, but its services paysoff. will definitely stay here again!

I have booked for 6 room. We know that courtyard image is always deliver best service and best hotel in terms of service and quality of the foods. But for courtyard Bandung I think they really need some improvement. When I arrive, our room just ready about 5 pm, I don't know why so late, maybe due to lack of staff during pandemic, so they need longer time to clean up the room. At restaurant also same, breakfast time very crowded, and the staff seems overwhelm to handle guest. No special foods there if I compared with Courtyard Shanghai Disneyland. Croissant/other breads are cold. Limited selection of foods, I guess once again maybe because covid. The good things is the location, in the heart of Bandung city.

Since the Pandemic started, this is our first staycation. As a matter of fact, we almost forgot that we're Club Marriott member that we got 3 nights stay in hotel around the city. The room is quite good. The bed is amazingly comfortable. 50 inch tv is a big plus, but no HD channels whatsoever. Wifi is decent, and the lighting in the room is awesome. Amenities in the room definitely needs an upgrade, such as coffee and teas...... The Bathroom is extremely small, specially the position of the toilet bowl is extremely uncomfortable. The shower booth is big enough, unfortunately the mildew on the glass is a bit uneasy for me. Breakfast is a big disaster. Since the pandemic started, there are no such things as normal buffet. All the food need to be served by server. Basically they written down the menu on a small board and request what you want. Unfortunately the server is...... so hard to describe this. It seems they never work in 5 stars hotel. When I ask for my dinner knife..... she gave me butter knife instead. When I ask why she gave me butter knife, it seems she didn't understand the difference between butter knife or dinner knife. Honestly it's quite sad for a 5 stars hotel. As for the food quality, actually is not as bad as I thought, but 80% of the food the temperature is cold. So even though the taste not so bad, but since the temperature is not adequate it becomes horrible. Overall I would definitely go back for the room and definitely skip breakfast!!

We Have checked in on there with our group, there a lot of complained. First there were still a clothes and underwear of previous guest on the wardrobe, bath towel were not provided yet, and the room are so dirty looked like not properly cleaned. I found this first time since i stay at many hotels. I hope the management take full responsibilities and action regarding on this. Because Marriott is very good brand.

This hotel poor to handle group reservation.. I have booked 12 rooms in the same floor more than 2 weeks before D day and they say yes for my request. When I check in, they cannot full fill my request i just get informed upon my arrival... The check in time also very late from the shecdule..
