Only stay 1 nite in this hotel, i have some an average experience. Even 1 room for 2 person but the bathroom amenities only for 1. The oldest building seem isn’t in good maintenance, especially inside the room. In lobby many cultural craft display. Breakfast time, really plain also, they had a salad menu but the appearance looks like in some fast food restaurants.

Pelayanan di Andrawina Restaurant very excellent dilayani oleh Pak. Derik & Mba Age. Beliau Berdua sangat warm welcome, humble and polite even they look so busy. "A GREAT ASSET OF THE COMPANY. Menu breakfast cukup variatif apalagi ada 4 macam cheese yg semuanya Saya suka.

One of the old hotels in Jakarta. The location is in the central of Jakarta. The condition inside the hotel is not as good as I saw 10 years ago. However they provide spacious ballroom for meeting or workshop. The prayer room is clean. The rest room is clean but they don't provide waste bin. The food is delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel because they said the hotel is a 5 star hotel. But actually the quality is rather abysmal. The room is very dirty and smelly. Bweghhhh. The bathroom is so disgusting and the food is soo terrible. Believe you me, this is the worst hotel in the world

Had a short weekend staycation here, during the new normal protocol, the lobby was kinda deserted, only concierge and receptionist staff were there. No other guests even the air conditioner was turned off. Half of the corridor was a bit dark because they turned off the light too. The room overall was quiet nice, air conditioner worked well, and the shower was good. The LCD TV is a bit small for the room. There were only 1 set of pillow (2 pillows in total), usually other 5-star hotels provide 2 sets of pillow so we can have 4 pillows in total on the bed. So we tried to reach out the housekeeping via phone. The problem was when we tried to call the operator to request another extra pillow and towel, nobody picked up the phone. Many hours have passed and still nobody pickep up the phone so our one last resort was to go down to the lobby and asked myself to the staff at the receptionist. They politely received our request and informed us a certain number if any of us would call for something again from the room. Hello? There's no note nor information paper on the phone, so how would we now at the first place? Night was through and we woke up in a good condition, sadly the swimming pool was still closed down. Went to their breakfast service and it was kinda nice, many local delicacies and dishes.
