Pertama kali menginap di service apartment, yang ternyata juga terhitung bangunan baru. Info dari Resepsionis, Crowne Plaza Residence ini baru dibuka Januari 2020.
Kesan mewah terasa sekali mulai dari Lobby. Pada saat check in, Resepsionis juga memberikan masker (ada 3 pilihan, Masker, Body lotion, hand sanitizer). Kebersihan dan sanitasi juga terjaga sekali, sesuai dengan standar IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group).
Kamar luas dan nyaman sekali, view nya juga luar biasa, dikarenakan penggunaan kaca yang sangat luas di kamar, tapi tidak berisik, dikarenakan jauh dari jalan raya. Ada bathtub juga view langsung jalan satrio, sama seperti di kamar. Yang perlu ditingkatkan hanya tekanan air di shower. Living Room jg nyaman. Penempatan Sofa, TV, Meja Makan, Meja Kerja, yang baik sekali. Di Balkon juga tersedia kursi dan meja untuk bersantai. Kolam renang yang terdapat di lantai 5 juga bersih sekali, semi outdoor, sehingga tidak panas. Ada kursi dan meja untuk bersantai juga di sekitar kolam renang.
Overall pengalaman yang mengesankan sekali. Terimakasih Crowne Plaza Residence & Tiket.com

Pelayanan yang memuaskan dan ramah dari staf, kelengkapan kamar yang sangat komplit untuk residence sampai piring2 makan tersedia. Kebersihan oke karna bangunan masih fresh. Cuman karna pandemi kolam berenang keliatan kurang terawat sedikit, selebihnya sangat memuaskan

Ini Hotel awalnya gue kaget kok kuno ya.. eh ternyata beda crowne plazanya. Yg depan tu hotel yg residence itu yg barunya. Modelnya kaya apart 1 BR. Bersih banget karna hotel baru. Lift nya canggih. Pelayanannya bagus!! Lengkap bgt! Sukak! Ada garph sendok piring mesin cuci setrika mcm mcm. Baru dtg aja lgsng d kasih hand sanitizer masker dll. Top deh

- Lokasi masih minim petunjuk, propertynya baru buka. Jadi sekeliling atau komplek kurang terawat, lift sangat berisik, terutama jika kita mendapatkan unit tg dekat lift.

Got a room in 1007 with a swimming pool view. It's just that this swimming pool belongs to the Crowne Plaza Hotel so we are not allowed to swim in this pool. Even though this pool is the main picture of the hotel description. We were only allowed to use the semi indoor pool where the water was cold enough. For the lift it is quite unique because the buttons are only B, G and 0 - 9 so if you want to go to the 10th floor you have to press the 1 + 0 button to the car park as well as B + 1. For the basement parking area, it is quite confusing the first time it comes because the hotel residence entrance is located in the corner to the right and there is no clue. The quality of the rooms is very good, like the layout setting, only the view from the room shows a big puddle on the roof of the regent building which is quite disturbing. Maybe this hotel is for business people so the facilities for children are limited.

Very comfortable, strategic location, with modern facilities in room,have a semi indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi that was very great.
Such a great service apartment.
I will come and come again, and always extend extend and extend.
Execelent service and security also.

Staying at Crowne Plaza was probably the best decision I've ever made. Everything during the staycation was just perfect! Super comfy bed and the hospitality is on point, all staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Ms. Reza. Will definitely choose this hotel again for next staycation.

Feather pillow nya empuk banget, kamar tidur yang luas jadi sangat nyaman dan fasilitas dapur nya lengkap sekali.

Cocok sekali untuk staycation bersama keluarga, kamar yang luas,pelengkapan dapur yang lengkap,,dan tempat yang strategis.jika ingin mencari makanan tinggal jalan kaki saja ke plaza semanggi.untuk fasilitas kolam renang dimasa pandemi ini dibatasi max 6 orang saja dan pastinya harus daftar terlebih dahulu,, amat sangat baik dimasa pandemi ini supaya tidak banyak kerumunan diarea kolam renang. Pokoknya sangat cocok jika ingin staycation di jakarta 🥰
