Overall hotelnya bagus, cuma pas kami pergi kolam renangnya airnya cuma diisi setengah jadi yg harusnya semeter jadi 50cm gtu stlh ditanya katanya lagi kemarau :( harusnya dgn harga segitu fasilitasnya tidak bole setengah2 sedangkan hotel di daerah yg sama kolam renangnya fine2 aj terlepas kemarau atau tidak. Terimakasih

Kami menginap di kamar 106 dengan 1 balita, malam kami mau tidur sendok bekas makan nasi goreng yg ditaruh di meja hias bisa terbang ke lantai. Terus remote tv bisa pindah sendirike tempat tidur.

kamar tidak bersih, banyak nyamuk
kolam renang kotir banyak lumut terkesan terbengkalai, air kolam renang sedikit dan saat kesana ada tikus juga ikut berenang

The hotel is unique with its concept to combine blocks building, cottage and green in an open air environment. I stayed in family suite room. The room was very spacious and clean. TV channel was very limited. When I wanted to take a bath I just realized that no towels in my room, so I must called the receptionist first to bring towels. Sitting in front of the room was nice and the air was fresh. The swimming pool was big enough.

bad service, the food come so late, i feel so disappointed. after this kind of service i got, i don’t really recommend you guys to eat here since they really have a bad service. maybe they have average taste in food but it only got to waste if they have A BAD SERVICE. terribly disappointing.

Dangau hotel is on the right hand side and is the first hotel you come to as you approach from Ponti. Picked it witout hesitation as I had been driving for 15 hours and the hotel on the other side of the road had karaoke blaring. Staff are helpful but you need a bit of Indon to get by. Hotel is a 'resort hotel' presumably aiming at the weekend market from Ponti - it was sparsely populated during the week. Public areas are impressive and there are pretty gardens around the pool. The room was done in dark chocolate laminate not very well lit. Whilst everything worked the room seriously needs a refurb. On the plus side the room didnt smell of cigrette smoke. Breakfast was OK. I paid about 650k which is expensive for this part of the world. It might be justified if the room was in good condition. Whilst Dangau is fine for a night or two I will look elsewhere if I am back in Singkawang.

Pool was Ok. Clean enough.
Room was OK. But i found once that used tea bag was thrown to toilet (i think during cleaning room) that makes me suspicious if all was cleaned properly (specially tea cups)
Breakfast was Ok
During my stay, there was event related with election/political event.. parking was mess, people was crowded and noisy until midnight.. really annoying.
Management should consider to have other event next time for guess relax time
And i found some burnt part as indication people used room to smoke

We stay in a triple room for one night. The room is large. The staffs are friendly. Check in and check out are quick. Location of the hotel is very good, I cannot hear noise from the road. What disappointed me is that it's not clean. When we arrive we ask them to replace bed cover of one of the beds, and replace bed sheets the two other. I think the management need to pay more attention to the maintenance of the room. Also the wi-fi connection is very slow.
