As long as you take good ear plugs so you can sleep, you'll have a great experience. Like other reviews point out, it's incredibly convenient and inexpensive. My Beta Capsule (horizontal entry) was clean and smelled fresh. I do wish there was a bar/restaurant to have a cold beer.

Walking distance convenience and simple. Really good for a short stay or an overnight stay while in transit catching up with the next flight. It just located in the ultimate T3 building above the domestic arrival...

transit for only 4 hours around 12:00 until 4 am. cannot sleep at all.very noisy from a group of neighbour capsule. they talk loudly, spit to the floor and my sandal. disgusting. try to warn them, but they cannot speak bahasa ind. and english. with this virus issue condition, its a very bad manner. many shoes inside the capsule area make a very bad smell. in the hotel rule,said that should use sandal provided.hotel officer should be explain all rule to the guests and should be an officer stay all the time at the capsule room area to warn if guests make noisy voice. second time for me to stay in this hotel, same condition since beginning. no improvement for noisy voice from others.

The room temperature mentioned is 22°c but the truth is that the room felt like 25°c. Air condition is not working and the staff are playing and joking around when the guest at receptionist. Didn't even introduce and let the guest know the room and facility so not polite. I have to call the staff to tell me how to even open the locker. It has to be pushed first and no one mentioned it.

Great for an overnight stay at the airport. It’s a neat system that works quite well but it’s not perfect. Pros: - Location - The shower room was clean when I used it. - WiFi was decent. Cons: - No directions to the hotel from within the airport. - The capsule was pretty hot, even with the fan on max. - I couldn’t get the TV to work. - Locker isn’t very big, and the lock is quite flimsy. - Very flimsy lock on capsule doors. Would be very easy to force open. - Biggest drawback is the noise. Because the capsules are effectively one block, every noise from other capsules seems to resonate. People are coming and going all night, not always silently. And when the cleaners start in the morning...forget about it!
