Lingkungannya bersih, rapih, terawat, aman, kosan minimalis tapi nyaman, kolam renangnya nyaman, harganya terjangkau, sangat dekat dengan mushola, kalau mau ke tempat lain (warung, minimarket, laundry, tempat fitness, dll), cukup jalan kaki 4- 12 menit. Ada penjaga kos dan kebersihan, pemilik kos sangat baik, aturan dan informasi yang diberikan jelas, dan yang membuat semakin betah adalah jika ada keluhan, pasti segera diatasi.

Kostan yang nyaman dan asri, serta tenang, terletak di dalam perumahan yang cukup aman, pengelolaan yang baik, dan harga yang terjangkau. Tempatnya bersih dan Pak Eka, pengelola kost, sangat baik dan responsif, sangat direkomendasikan.
