PADA AWAL SAMPE KE HOTEL SAYA CEK IN DAN DIBERI KAMAR YANG DIUJUNG GANG DIMANA KAMAR TSB BANYAK SERANGGA KECIL DI KASUR DAN KAMAR MANDI JUGA JOROK SPT SDH BRP BULAN TIDAK PERNAH DIBERSIHIN.
SAYALANGSUNG KOMPLAIN KE FRONT DESK UNTUK MINTA GANTI KAMAR BUKANNYA CEK MASALAH DULU TAPI LANGSUNG DIJAWAB TIDAK BISA DIGANTI KRN TELAH SAYA PAKAI PADAHAL JAM SAYA KOMPLAIN SAMA JAM MASUK CUMAN BEDA BBRP MENIT.
SETELAH SAYA NGOTOT SAMA MANAGER NYA BARU DIGANTI KAMAR YANG LUMAYAN LEBIH BERSIH DIKIT.

Visited this long time ago with a group for national event. The place was okay, the breakfast is not that great but okay.. One thing I love the most the hotel situated in front of a mall with a cinema and you can find food along the street..

At first time came, I feel not sure of this hotel. The staf ask for deposit as same as my hotel rate, weird. The room is big. The bed is nice, bathroom is rather be old stories. The worst from my room was the air con, its too noisy.

Came to Palembang for the solar eclipse.
The hotel is located across a mall (Indah Mall) where you can find a cinema complex, restaurants, cafe and a well-stocked super market.
There is several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and one of them is serving the famous local Pem Pek cuisine.
It is possible to walk to Ampera bridge but you will need to brave through two road crossing which is quite intimidating. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to Ampera bridge.
It is also possible to walk to Palembang Chinatown but there is nothing much to see or do in Palembang Chinatown.
The hotel is old and the air con is not working very well. Bathroom has the musty smell.
Though there is cable channels but the channels available is limited.
Wifi is spotty.
Breakfast is very simple. Coffee was good though.
I will not likely to return to this hotel considering the poor state of the room and bathroom.

Room Quite Good. Responded using phone very efficient. Front desk staff friendly. Bell boy very helpful in carrying my baggage & open the front door with smiling mood.
Except for the terrible breakfast. It's seemed not enough bread. It's only 9am.I'm forced to used tablespoon to stir my hot tea instead of tea spoon.. Fried mee without any vegeatable or chicken or prawn. Don.t tell me that you don't have a chef to cook good food . Wake up. Management level got to make sure ; food is more than enough, really tasty & varities. What sort of hotel management going on & need seriously think about menu breakfast. If you have a choice go to to other places for breakfast. It's really break my heart.

In this small hotel, you find nice room, even it;s not a big room. The location is awesome. Plenty palembang cuisine around this hotel. Even there's a market and a mall in front of this hotel. Even though the staff not too friendly, but still it's a good hotel to sleep.....
