The homestay itself is small, with only three rooms available, but that means it's quiet at night and you can get a good night's sleep. The father and son make a fuss of you every day and ask if everything is fine. They are available for any advice or trips you may want to book. Breakfast is included. The room is a decent size with a large ceiling fan and aircorn combined, making it nice and cool. The beds are comfortable and made up every day. The wifi is also the fastest I have experienced on my visit to Bali. The only negative points to mention are that the shower bathroom needs a shower curtain to stop the water from soaking the floor. And also there is some construction near by that starts at 95. So having an afternoon nap can be difficult. Overall, however, I would put this on the top of the list of places to stay in Bud!.

We were staying for several nights and can recommend this house. All the staff were absolutely friendly and open minded. Fair breakfast banana pancakes and fruits with tea and coffee on the rooms balcony every morning. The rooms were cleaned every day in a good way. The garden is small but with cute details perfect for a lazy afternoon at the pool. Very quiet place. Close to all the shops, restaurants, cafes and the market!.

In order to finish our journey in Kota, we reserved 2 rooms for 2 notes. Our decision to stay here was easy. The location is in the center of Bud, close to the market, eateries, and pubs. The accommodation was simply amazing with a small infinity pool and beautiful gardens. Breakfast is served outside the room. What a lovely place to stay and so reasonable, we paid idr 600, 00 for two nights per room. We will come back and have a more comfortable stay because bud is so beautiful.

Overall, it's a good stay I. This room had a simple AC and towels. No toiletries, but at least towels are provided. Great WiFi connection so even if there is no internet you can watch online I enjoy it because of the great location. A quiet place with a pool. Breakfast is served at 8 am, which is a bit late for me.

Est House is in a prime location in Bud. Everything is within walking distance. Furthermore, friendly and familiar, the room is comfortable and clean, with good air conditioning. Like many other hotel bathrooms, the floor can get wet all over while showering. The breakfast is poor.
