Sedih bgt mba2 receptionist nya lihat kami bawa bayi tetep di kasih kamar yg smoking room. Mending kalo udah dibersihkan nah ini bau bgt mana pas telfon bilang mau upgrade kamar katanya gak bisa:) padahal temen kami yang nginep disitu tanpa bayi dapet kamar non smoking walopun gabisa upgrade ke kamar yg lebih bagus. Kotor sekaliii!!! Bau rokoknya nempel sampe check out bahkan sampe ke baju & mukena dll parah:’) kecewa.

Secara keseluruhan sangat baik, kekurangan hanya lokasi parkir mobil berada diseberang hotel dimana harus menyeberang dijalan besar dan hotel tidak ada pelayanan valet sehingga menyulitkan bila ingin keluar masuk membawa kendaraan.

Kamar PANAS, wc rusak airnya ga ngalir.
Sprei & handuk ga diganti padahal udah pesan.
Satpam ga ada akhlak, melayani sambil ngunyah makanan, ngobrol.
Sarapan lamaaaaa banget pesen telor ga dimasak2.

Lokasi dll sangat okay, tapi lantai sangat tidak bersih (bikin pengen ngepel tapi gak bawa alat pel) dan kamar mandi juga nggak bersih. Menurut saya, mending sedikit naikin harga tapi lebih bersih, daripada murah banget tapi nggak bersih.

Nice and comfort room and bath room better improvement of cleanliness compare last year i came.
Quality is service and staff very helpfull. Very nice equipment and food taste.
I always stayed at this hotel in every my travel.

Nice room, very good bath room, a.c very cool, safe hotel on new normal era.. fun, fresh and friend,i love this hotel so much.. i Will back again.. good location near by train station and airport at solo area..

I dont like the AC and remote for TV. Slowresp from cs in the website and limit of driver. Why isnt there heater in our room? So i cant enjoy the tea and coffe. But, so far the view so beautifull.. i got room with city view.

At least it was a recommended prop for vacation. Even at the room there's a lil dust on lamp, some hair on the floor, and sounded bed, overall it was OK and i'll go back again bcs so much worth it ....

This hotel and the quality of service and amenities made me choose fave hotel manahan solo for the rest of the trip. The staff are friendly and the food at breakfast is great. The room was beautiful, clean and complete. This is a good hotel at a reasonable price.
