pengalaman buruk saya seumur umur menginap di hotel
baru kali ini saya merasa di peras
bukan kaena jumlah uang yg saya bayarkan untuk makanan saya
tgl 7 saya cek in dengan mba2 yg melayani saya
dia bilang kamar saya include makanan sarapan
tapi giliran tanggal 8 pagi saya sudah makan saya di tagih
dengan alasan kamar saya tidak include dengan makanan
dengan karyawan yg namanya Ari
saya di tagih di tengah saya lagi makan
pengen nya langsung saya buang makanannya
saya akan usut pengalaman tudak mengenakan di hotel ini
karyawannya aangat tidak profesional informasi yg di berikan tidak sesuai

Favehotel menjadi pilihan favorit saya jika menginap karna biasanya semua tersedia dgn baik di kamar sperti peralatan mandi. Syg nya di favhotel ini hnya mndpt toothbrush dan jika ingin lainnya sprti shower cap dll kena biaya tambahan. Receptionist ramah namun kurang profesional (terkadang nada suara agak nge-gas walau sbnrnya mencoba utk ramah, mgkn capek ya? Dan bbrp gesture lainnya). Kamar saya ada kecoanya 1 ekor namun overall bagus kamarnya. Wifinya kenceng jika di lobby, jika di kamar pojok wifi tdk stabil. Makanannya biasa saja. Tp nuansa/dekor favehotel sndiri mmg bagus. Ohya, biasanya favehotel punya bantal lucu di setiap kamar, baru di cabang ini saya tidak menemukan itu. Saya rasa cukup, Mudah2an jd masukan. Trims.

Been here only for sleep before back to Bogor.
The hotel was nice, paperless checked in process at 11.30pm was fast & smooth.
One thing need to be improved is the water preassure at bathroom. It was too slow, and took more time only for shower.
Located behind some of building so ypu need googlemap or GPS apps to get thos hotel.

I spent two nights here on business and I must say everything is good. The location is quite close to my destination as well as some business centers in the city. As for the room, even though lil bit small, but its very clean and surprisingly comfortable. I would reccomend this hotel to everybody who on the business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those who enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

the hotel over all are good, with advantage competitive like attractive price, no noise , the location near to main highway , and most importance, that the hotel have employee with good character, fully supported and helpful. I think the management to improve the room facility, that need to provide mini cool refrigator .

Good cleanlines and good services,cleaning service is very polite. Comfoetable pillow and bed with clean cover duvet bed and sheet.. Brwakfast is good taste. And near from my office at Gatot Subroto street

Overall good service,room, cleanliness,location very near to lotte shopping avenue mall.good environment for stay on hotel, very comfort, easy to order when we use grab or gojek application.food deliciuos.
