Jemputan dari dan ke bandara gratis. Sarapan enak, kamar luas dan bersih. Saya pesan kamar delux tapi di upgrade ke tipe delux plus sama pihak hotel. Pokoknya kalau saya transit di CGK lagi, saya kan pesan hotel ini. Sangat rekomended.

Saya datang jam 11.00 mlm, baru bisa masuk jam 12.30 mlm dengan alasan yg tidak jelas. Pesan superior dikasih studio tempar org menginap short time. Saya harus mengangkat koper berat naik tangga sendirian, kamar melewati taman sulit untuk membawa koper. Makan pagi oke, enak dan bnyk variasi.

1-Hotel location is near air port aprox 8 min
2-hotel is safe & clean
3- restaurant food is expensive
4- hotel is remote
5-staff are friendly
6-shuttle bus is excellent
7-room is so wide
8-services are are very acceptable

This is my 2nd time staying here and I’ve always got free upgraded room from Deluxe to Deluxe Plus with spacious bath tub which is a real deal for me (thanks to Ms. Amel Frizy’s hospitality)!
Definetely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay nearby the airport to catch their flight.
No negativity from me. It’s a really nice hotel value for your money.

Perfect hotel. Friendly staff, spacious room. Delicious breakfast. Free shuttle bus make us easier to go to the airport. Very recommended hotel. The hotel also clean... will love to comeback as soon as possible..

Lovely and friendly,staff, very helpful during my fisit.
rooms is spacious and clean.
Various menu for food from hotel Restaurant at reasonable price.
Nothing to complain
Highly recommended and definitely will come again

Went to this hotel so many times, location is very close to the Airport only around 2KM. and they have free shuttle bus for us drop off/ pick up from airport. Room is very spacious, clean and luxury design. Breakfast taste very good, Staff is very friendly. Hope all facilities is opening soon.
