saya menginap 2 malam di four points:
+ lokasi strategis, kasur besar dan nyaman, kamar luas, fasilitas oke (kolam renang dan fitness sdh aktif, skylounge, butttercup cafe berada di gedung hotel), protokol covid dijalankan dgn baik (kecuali di area swimming pool dan fitness)
- air kotor (berpasir), kulkas tidak dingin(sdh ganti 2x), karpet kamar kotor, sy minta plastik laundry di kasih yg bekas, rasa makanan breakfast sangat standard atau malah di bwh rata2 hotel bintang 4 (2hari menginap, sorry to say yg lumayan hanya bubur ayam), amenties standard bgt (hanya sabun, shampo, siat gigi dan body lotion)

Tv dan wifi problem dari sore hingga besok harinya belum nyala juga. Dapet kamar yang ga sesuai request. Kami minta high floor, dikasih di lantai 1 dengan alasan ruangan lain masih dibersihlan, padahal check in pukul 16.30.

Begitu cek in dilayani dengan rama oleh petugas FO...menuju kamar di suguhkan dengan kamar yg nyaman, bersih dan menu breakfast yg sangat banyak dan enak...will be back
