What do you expect when you are staying at Four points? A 4 star international hotel managed by Sheraton. Absolutely, a premium service, right? Unfortunately this is out of my expectation. Checkin after 3 pm and wait for a smoking floor... Well, it's find. Understandable especially because they only provide 8th floor for smoking floor. However, after waiting and entering your room, you knew something not right with the AC. Of course, if you travel a lot from hotel to hotel, from 3 stars to 5th star then you will auto realize if your AC doesn't work well. Okay, I will wait 15 minutes to make sure that I may wrong. So, I start to rearrange my personal belonging at wardrobe and in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the temperature doesn't change. It still hot. Even your corridor is cooler than in your room. So, disappointed. It is your first visit to this hotel but it's start with a problem. Tried to call to the reception like 4 times and answered by 2 different lady asking for ashtray and someone to check my AC but no one come. NO ONE. Until I heard someone knocked the door and a room maid give me an ashtray. I called again and this time they call me back to inform the engineering is on the way. He came and checked the AC but still you can only feel the wind not a cold AC. I can't sleep in this kind of temperature. This is crazy. How long I have to wait until it's being fixed. Okay, I need to talk to manager and again, you must repeat the story over and over again. The staffs here may doesn't pay attention on your concern. I tell her to come instead because it's enough talking with 2 persons with no solution. Then, a female staff come and apologize for what happened. I tell her to find another room and check if the AC is cold because I don't want to stay longer in a room without AC. The process to get better room is really ask you more time. I finally cancel my plan just because this problem still not being solved. The first room is bigger and with working table but the AC is hot. While the 2nd room is smaller and the ridiculous thing is you have to watch TV which the position is not in the middle but near window. This time visit is like a joke. They treat you like your concern is a joke. They don't think to provide better service as long as you think you solved the problem. I couldn't understand at all. If you want to stay here... Consider never stay in 826 because it's more like a spare room where they don't consider your comfortable stay. I don't know if they have more rooms like this.

Awesome staff . Great staycation . The manager, zahra , nulua, and the entire staff are great. The breakfast buffet is good. But the only downside is the my room that was near the major road where I could hear the cars and motorbike pass by. But the upside , the bed is sooooo comfy I slept like a baby. Get a room on the other side that is less noisy . I would come back and stay here again.

I had a great experience with the restaurant in this hotel The service was really great and the food & beverage was tasty! Credits to "Chef on Duty" Chef Adi, and also Chef Samuel, thank you for the nasi kuning, absolutely brilliant one! The coffee also good though!

I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered, from check-in by Mba Carla, Bartender (forgot His name), Breakfast team to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Please give them appreciation. However, need to improve regarding hotel facilities such as swimming pool & smoking area (Outdoor Dining). It would be great & much better as a 4* International Chain Hotel Facilities. Thank You So Much..
