Pertama masuk ngelewatin satpam dulu, mobil diperiksa kaya dihotel bintang 5 MS Jakarta. Gw udah mikir keknya didalam lebih keren. Well pertama gw masuk lobby securitynya kek jutek banget mukanya hmm maybe karna gw dateng kek gembel it’s ok. Abis itu check in dan dan untung yang di receptionis orangnya lumayan ramah. Nah lanjut lagi pas masuk kamar ternyata belum bersih, karpetnya ga di vacum padahal kentara banget banyak kotoran dan kulit kuaci tapi wkt itu gw ga terlalu mikirin karna gw banyak urusan di luar dan gw pikir besok bakalan di bersihin. Tapi ternyata engga, sampe akhirnya hari ke 3 yang gw mau stay di kamar aja itu gw udah kzl akhirnya gw nelfon Housekeeping sekalian nyuruh nganterin handuk sama keset. Tapi tau ga keset yang di kasi basah, dan kek ada bekas kotor ga tau itu emang belum kering setelah dicuci apa bekas kamar lain. Trus ngevacum jg ga bener2 bersih tapi gw biarin aja, udah males banget. Nah, kalo untuk breakfast nya lumayan lah bcs makanan lengkap dan enak trus semua pelayannya RAMAH. Ngomongin soal ramah, keknya banyak yang ga ramah di hotel ini. Biasanya petugas hotel kalo ketemu tamu di lift atau dimana kan senyum ya ini malah kaya jutek banget mukanya. Mungkin segitu aja, yang jelasnya gw agak kecewa karna awalnya gw berekspektasi yang tinggi. Semoga ga ada orang lain yang ngerasaain kaya gw

Booking online lambat, tamu sudah pegang voucher namun ditolak dengan alasan hotel belum menerima order dari tiket.com. Logikanya, jika tamu sdh pegang voucher, mestinya pihak hotel yg proaktif konfirmasi ke pihak tiket.com bkn menolak / membiarkan tamu menunggu tidak jelas dan terlantar.

Kamar belum ready pukul 14.30, perlu ditingkatkan lagi perihal room management. Saat request piring dan gelas ke kamar, yang datang hanya gelas. Lokasi agak jauh dari pusat keramaian. Breakfast (sahur) mediocore untuk sekelas four points.

When we visited, many roads closed. We contacted the hotel to ask for the possible way, they have no idea. Bad service sih. Hotel is nice, but if service is not as good as the building, better skip.

Very good and friendly service starting from the check in by Febry and Karen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean. And still adhere to health protocols. the location of hotel is so strategic.

The services are just awesome, with a little surprise on the birthday occasion. Big thanks to Mr. Rudy, the Director of Food & Beverage that personally welcome and having us served by the team on their best, Feby at the Front Desk for the warm welcome, assisting our every need only within a call, and a free late check out until 2pm for my family. One more thing to ensure is your safety from COVID-19 with their temperature check, hand sanitizers everywhere, and every staff wearing masks, face shields, and even hand gloves, just to touch the ladles or thong and have you served on the buffet breakfast. Gotta be back for more Cappuccinos and chilling out by the pool on the next visit for sure.

As I have stayed at multiple Four Points in the Sheraton group, to see that this property had declined in quality since Marriot took over was a shocker. The once high standard of quality had dropped significantly in a short span of time since last staying there. I assume that there is an international policy for safety that stairs are to be open and accessible at all times for all hotels. As I decided to walk the steps one day, since the elevators were overloaded past COVID protocol, I asked a worker the location of the stairs. He mentioned that the location but also said that the stairs are LOCKED, due to security measures. I am thinking, "If there is a fire, we are all toast!" I also observed that they had no protocol as they served breakfast in buffet style, complete with utensils being handled by all guests, as though we are not experiencing a pandemic. Sad to say, I moved to another hotel in same town for the end of my stay resultantly.

the properties is ran down by the pandemic, they shouldn't even think to open. Came without doorman and without proper covid19 body temperature checks. Lights at the lobby were off??!!! Air-con in public area were off?! Hotel looks like a haunted mansion. No MARRIOT hospitality, even for a bonvoy member like me. Head to the restaurant. Staff isn't knowledgeable at all!!!! Took him 5 mins to get back on "special sauce" that I asked about, which they put on the menu. Took 15 mins to get chili oil, which is a common Chinese restaurant set up. Staff are not attentive and not welcoming at all!!!! Feels like eating in street hawkers. Sweating like a pig cause they insisted to run the restaurant without any air con on. Some of the scallops aren't fresh and smelly. Pictures are taken after I eat what I could. Definitely will throw it on the bin. THE WORST MARRIOT PROPERTY EVER BY ANY POINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one of the hotels in the middle of the city of Makassar, and can be an option for you to have a meeting with the office or a wedding because they have a very large ballroom. Even though this hotel is not close to the beach area, if the weather is good you can still see the sunset from the swimming pool area.
