I stayed at Sahid for 2 nights with my family. Overall experience is not bad. The staff is amazingly very friendly and helpful (this is the reason I gave 4 bubbles). The room is quite small and not that clean for new hotel. maybe need some improvement on maintaining it.

Frist they don't give me towel, then second day they don't change my wet towel with new one. When i check out i forgot my wallet, then room already clean, they say they don't find my wallet. Then i ask to go to room to check by my self, and find my wallet under the blancket. I ask the staff, how can they not see my wallet if they change the bedsheet, they only smile, that conclude me that they not change the bedsheet everyday when their new customer.
Overall the hotel is new and look preety good.

A new hotel with clean sheet and also a helpful staff. I stay for 5 day in here. For a breakfast menu is a lot various to choose what you want to eat.and the most important is WiFi for my work day a day

The overall experience is just pleasant. The crew is nice and helpful. The room is quite spacious, with a lot of perks.
The hotel itself is clean, and well managed. Personally I love the ambience in the poolside.
Looking forward for my next stay in January.

It's the best hotel I’ve ever stay in town. Great hospitality is showed in all areas – warm smile (not fake like some of the hotel), attentive and helpful staff. This hotel is the first 3-star hotel’s choice in Bangka Island, at least for me.
