Saya kira ulasan orang yg berlebihan.. ternyata saya benar menyesal memilih hotel ini utk staycation, pelayanan lama chek-in, bintang 5 gak ada welcome drink, gak ada hairdryer, lantai begitu masuk kamar kotor, ada sisa cootn bud bekas pakai lg dekat gorden huhuhu, sarapan ala carte& hanya bs pesan 1 menu, rasa jg biasa saja kaya nasgor warung Nggak akan balik lg d, pengalaman sendiri gak menyenangkan.. hrsnya percaya dr ulasan pengalaman orang lain

Saya menginap 2x .. pas menginap untuk yg kedua x agak sedikit kecewa yaa, padahal kita stel musik sewajarnya tapi kamar sebelah terganggu, kemudian kita tidak mendorong2 meja atau menghemtakkan kaki tapi resepsionis datang ke kamar untuk memperingatkan kami dia bilang kamar bawah terganggu.. padahal disitu terdengar jelas kamar sebelah yg mendorong2 kursi. petama menginap padah itu jam 3 kita blm tidur is fine ga ada kompalin sama sekali.. dan kita enjoy banget makanya kita menginap untuk ke dua kalinya. apakah karena jenis kamarberbeda atau bagaimana saya tidakntau.. yg pasti setelah saya menginap ke duakalinya saya merasa kecewa

Trully Disappointment This is my 2nd visit in this hotel. I checked in this hotel on Friday 26 June 2020 and spent 2 days in room 603. The hotel is quite clean and the room are spacious and equipped with a nice bathup. But at this time, I was really disappointed because every time I use the closet, electricity in my room always went out, more than 5 times this incident happened. I have asked the receptionist for help with this problem, and assisted with engineering but the problem is not over. I had asked to move to another room but as usual "All the room was full". What made me so angry was the electricity in my room went out at 12 p.m. I have submitted my complaint to management when checking out, hope management will follow up on this problem. Another problem is the road in front of the hotel is oftenly used by illegal street racing, and the sound of motorcycle exhaust came into my room very loud (I think this hotel doesn't have soundproofing from outside), making it very disturbing when resting.

Pelayanan pegawai hotel kurang memuaskan. Order makanan via online tidak bisa diantar ke kamar bahkan keberatan meskipun hanya dititipkan sebentar, harus diambil pada saat itu juga karena alasan protokol kesehatan. Saran: bisa mengantar ke kamar pengunjung dengan menggunakan paperbag hotel seperti hotel bintang 5 lainnya. Resepsionis & room service tidak mengutamakan customer satistaction atas service yang dilakukan. Special request yg dicantumkan dalam aplikasi tidak dihiraukan salah satunya smooking room dan late check out sehingga harus mencari kamar smooking yg masih kosong. Deposit menggunakan kartu debit dikembalikan 5-7 hari bukan pada saat checkout. Pada saat kami selesai adm check out, tidak ada satu staff pun yang membantu membawa barang2 kami ke mobil, tidak mengucapkan terimakasih/hati2/selamat jalan. Bad service experience. Hotel sudah bagus, layanan perlu ditingkatkan.

Pesen hotel berharap kamar bentuknya sama dong seperti yang tertera pada aplikasi ternyata beda, desain kamar ga sama. Trus ketika sampe hotel ga ada sama sekali yang nyambut. Sempet bilang ini bintang 5 ya kayak gini? Masih kalah sama hotel bintang 4. Ga ada sama sekali door man ga ada. Proses check in jg lumayan lama. Suasana lobby hotel jg termasuk panas ga nyaman. Kemudian variasi breakfast untuk standard hotel bintang 5 sedikit banget.

Sampai hotel jam 12 pegawai hotel blg c in time jam 2 kita titi laguage langsungbkeluar sampaj jam 6 setelah balik kamar belum juga selesai kita ms di suruh menunggu hampir 1 jam dan di bilang kamar yang di pesan tidak ada padahal kita sudah memesan jauh hari sebelum kedatangan dan di bilang satu kamar di upgrade tetapi 1 kamar tidak dan kamar nya tidak sesuai dengan foto yang ada di tiket.com bathtub tidak ada baru kita complain lagi dan baru di pindah kan ke kamar yang ada bathtub nya sungguh sangat kecewa sekali

Hotel nya bagua bersih, paa masuk dikira kecil tapj pas masuk kamarnya, baguuus banget sih apalagi pas lg dapet harga nya murah. Kamar mandinya gede dan bersih enak banget deh buat staycation

Selalu seneng nginep disini. Tempatnya nyaman dan kamarnya pasti ada bathtub nya, jadi bisa santai. Dapet harga special dari tiket.com jadi makin happy. Belum lagi service nya terutama dari mba Alisa yang super ramah dan friendly bikin betah dan pastinya bakal balik terus kesini.
