Lokasinya sangat strategis utk kemanapun karna dipusat kota. Kamar OK, kasur & bantal OK, cuman TV nya saja channel lokal semua. Kalau pagi, air panas kurang mungkin karna banyak yang pakai, but so far OK

Hotel bintang 2 serasa tinggal di hotel bintang 4,pelayanan yang ramah dan baik room kamar bagus dan rapi 🤗🥰 satu lagi hotelnya tengah kota jadi mau kemana aja deket

Stayed here on May 29th. The room was clean but the AC is not cold enough.
When I checked in, I want to have a King size bed as I mistakenly chose twin bed earlier. The receptionist told me that there will be additional charge IDR 25.000 for it. I don't know why they have to charge the guest who just want to change the bed type even though they were in a low occupancy that day and this kind of rule could make a guest disappointed.

Very good location. Most of the rooms have no windows, some which have ones are reasonably noisy from the street activities almost all through the night (so you have to choose the trade off). Staff services are very good, but the quality of internet wifi is poor & unstable. Not enough hot water (just NOT very cold). Room is clean, lighting is excellent. Towels etc are NOT bright white, instead bit brownish.

Large room and king bed for superior type, my little family (with my baby) happy to stay in this hotel for 1 night transit. The price is cheap but i think the service is more than the price, very worthy for family who needs budget hotel.

the good thing about this hotel is the location and friendly receptionist. when i checked in i was surprise that i have to pay extra for towel and toiletry, which not happened to me with another another budget hotel. when i got into the room and the towel was yellowish. they need to replace the towels they have with the new one. the bath room was dirty and had some mold. the floor in the room made noisy sound when we walk on the room. i was lucky to book only 1 night. i will not choose this hotel if i am in Bandarlampung again next time.

The staff of this nice hotel is very friendly and helpfull
We still are staying in this hotel and enjoy our stay,
The rooms are good and clean, bathroom is also very nice and clean
After our stay we asked for an upgrade to a bigger room and that was also no problem to handle.
There is free Wifi with average Internet speed, warm and hot water from the shower and enough water power
There is also breakfast service, its simple but OK, that can be improved with some more choises for people who prefer bread fot breakfast, (suggestion: add scrambled eggs and cheese to the breakfast menu)
For European standards this hotel is very cheap, and has a very good price-quality grade
