Fasilitas dan lokasi bagus, karena saya tujuan ke daerah Ancol. Pelayanan ramah, hanya sarapan agak terlambat. Karena kami meminta dikirim ke kamar jam 06.30 wib , namun baru datang jam 0**** wib (setelah 2x kami telpon resepsionis).
Namun secara umum, hotel ini rekomended... bagus ... terimakasih atas pelayanannya.

Fantastic & highly recommended! Staff sangat2 ramah terutama front office, thx to mba Wina proses checkin/checkout cepet tanpa ribet, sudah menjelaskan detail fasilitas yg didapat, bantu pilih kamar dengan view terbaik, menawarkan welcome drink, dan berkesempatan upgrade to executive. Kamarnya bersih, perlengkapan mandi lengkap (fyi pasta giginya brand yg familiar buat kita pepso****) + bath tub yg bikin nyaman, kitchen beserta microwave & kulkas mini jg ada, tidak ada masalah sama sekali selama menginap di sini. Next pasti balik lagi 🧡 pilihan yg tepat utk pengalaman menginap bersama pasangan/keluarga. Big thanks, Grand Dafam Ancol Jakarta!🌼☺️

sangat puas dengan fasilitas ny... dekat dengan ancol... nyaman, bersih, overall oke...
sempet ragu liat ada beberapa komen kalo lantai 26 ato 27 kotor ato jorokkk, pas saya tanya langsung ternyata bukan dari pihak hotel ny, karna ini kan ada apartemenny juga yg stay agak lama n pihak apartemen gak punya roomboy jadi bukan kesalahan dari pihak hotel karna pihak hotel lebih fokus dengan hotelny terlebih dahulu.
saran aja sih intiny kita juga lebih peduli aja, terutama yg stay di apartemen lebih memperhatikan lagi kebersihan, yah kalo bisa sampah ny jangan sampai berantakan,...

Kamarnya luas dan cocok sekali untuk family staycation. Tapi sayangnya kebersihannya sangat kurang. Lantainya kotor sepertinya tidak dipel. Debu di gorden banyak. Dan ada bocor waktu kemarin hujan deras.

Kamarnya luas sekali..
Sayang banget saat menginap disini, rooftopnya ga dibuka untuk umum padahal dateng kesini pengen main ke rooftopnya, tapi kata petugasnya buat acara saja, dan kolam renangnya tidak bisa dipakai karna lagi pembersihan.
Overall good deh buat fasilitas lain.
