Lantai kamar kotor, sprei berpasir dan tidak bersih, lorong hotel bau rokok, sirkulasi udara jg tidak bagus..dengan harga yg dibayarkan sekita 370rb an sangat tidak cocok dengan apa yg saya dapat, jauh dari harapan

The hotel is easy to reach
the rooms are newly renovated, clean enough and look quite attractive, air conditioning is good
the bathroom needs to be improved hygiene
rooms with smoking occupants should be separated with non-smoking customers. In the room there no tissue paper, poor wifi connection

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.
The room was spacious enough and quite clean.
At the first, they put me at room without window, but then they reallocate me to the other room with window.
When you reserve a standard room, please make sure that the room has window.
The breakfast was very standard, only one main menu with toast bread and coffee or tea.
The hotel was still okay, but I believe there are other hotels with better quality.

Hotel yang telah berdiri 11 tahun.. merupakan hotel terbaik di jaman nya tapi untuk di periode hotel perlu banyak renovasi dan maintenance agar dapat memberikan nilai postif bagi pengujungan kelebihan nya adalah punya sauna yang luar biasa bagus... staf perlu di edukasi agar dapat memberikan rasa nyaman bagi pengunjung

Hotel ini saya pilih karena tidak terlalu jauh dengan lokasi yang akan saya tuju. Kebersihannya standar. Hanya saat sampai kamar, aroma kamar kurang enak. Aroma perabot lama.
Saat mau mandi, ternyata handuk belum tersedia. Shower tidak mancurin air secara merata, jd kurang nyaman saat mandi.
Saat pesan makan malam, juga lumayan lama menunggu.
Di hari kedua, sampai kamar jg sdh malam, air minum mineral juga belum tersedia.
Jadi sejak sampai kamar, sampai mau check out saya mesti beberapa kali telepon resepsionis.
Petugas resepsionis terasa kurang ramah.

Hotel ini bagus, cuma sepi dan sunyi, Nampak kurang terawat, shower kamar mandinya dah mulai rusak, suasana restorannya tampak kurang bergairah, walaupun variasi sarapan paginya lumayan menggoda selera. Tapi Alhamdulillah tv nya bagus dan saluran luar negerinya banyak dan bagus.
Alhamdulillah juga, ada masjid yang bagus di kiri kanan hotel.
