Sewaktu cek in, kami diberikan kamar yang berjamur dan bau lembab. Kami minta ganti kamar dan diberikan kamar yang tidak lembab tetapi dengan tambahan biaya. Dalam proses perpindahan earphone tertinggal di kamar
sebelumnya dan proses pengecekkan tidak langsung sehingga kamar sudah digunakan.

Brief stay unfortunately as the hotel offers many creature comforts including large well appointed rooms and great dining.
Reception very good service. Refreshing welcome drink was offered and accepted with pleasure.

Every one should try to stay at least once in this hotel while in Pontianak.
Great location, away from the hassle and traffic.
In a very serene location.
Very grand interior,great breakfast spread, super service.

Since its been renovation, i like the Vibe of the lobby and breakfast area, very cozy..
good view and the ballroom looks great with new carpet and interior.
i hope the price more affordable as costumer need and negotiable.

1 night stay.
Everything ran so smooth.
Fast check-in, spacious room, fantastic room view, close to "MATAHARI MALL", shower was good, various kind of food for breakfast. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

I stayed for 4 days with family. Whenever i came to Pontianak, i always stayed in this hotel.Good breakfast, good room and friendly staff. My only advise is that it needs major renovation. Kinda old and little dirty.
