Saya pesan kamar Super Deluxe untuk kasur 2+1 nginap 5 orang saya,istri dan anak2. Wifi dibatasi hanya untuk 3 user saja, sudah gitu mandi pagi air panas gak ada airnya terpaksa mandi air dingin.
Benar2 mengecewakan hanya Wifi saja dibatasi, hotel kalah sama warung kopi.

Sendok lengket. Tak ada yang saya sukai untuk sarapan pagi karena kualitasnya kurang.
Kasur nyaman, tetapi seprei dan selimut tidak kelihatan bersih serta tidak bau segar. Apakah selalu diganti setiap berganti customer ?
Ruangan luas dan ada jendela yang bisa dibuka.

hal hal saat di hotel
1) Lokasi hotel agak di pinggir kota sehingga untuk penginap yang tidak membawa kendaraan pribadi agak sulit untuk menjangkau ragam kebutuhan
2) Wifi dengan kecepatan download 100-300kb upload 100-200kb bagi yang kerja bisnis menggunakan layanan ini agak kurang bisa diandalkan, dan wifi disini hanya di batasi 3 device maksimal tiap kamar dan sewaktu-waktu bisa error sendiri jd harus telpon resepsionis
3) Kartu kamar saya 2 kali di reset dalam 3 malam menginap disini
4)meski minor saya sebutkan aja disini saya menginap di kamar 104 seperti terlihat terburu2 di siapkan
5)saya sarankan untuk pesan langsung di hotel biar harga nya lebih murah
+kelebihan nya
1) disini benar ada liftnya sehingga mudah untuk traveler yg menggunakan koper besar
2) pelayanan baik tiap hari siap minuman dan pembersihan
itu aja selama nginap disini

Really enjoyed my stay here, staffs were very helpful and friendly.
Very clean room and very close by to all the food and travel destinations.
They doing such a great job during this covid time.
I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay in this hotel.

MUST visit Singkawang, West Kalimantan at a wrong time ( Corona outbreak ) and decided check in at Grand Mandarin hotel. Lowest rate ( 50% GRAND discount ) ...
Woww. Breakfast, is a lousy n dropped to room: @ a cuppa coffe, tea, fried rice n fridge noodle. The fried noodle is pretty hot, while fried rice is stir fried fine chopped chili. C'mon, since I paid that thou' shall give me a choice ... NOT hot n hotter.

This 1st time i visit singkawang city (1000 klenteng), nice place for food blogger/ vacation also many place instagramable. When i visit, there are several time electricity was dead, so no channel tv. Hot water also not so hot, no glass for sinc, no soap. Breakfast also start 6.30 for me its to slow. But due to cheap compare other hotel, if you just want to sleep, its ok to stay.

I really enjoy staying in this hotel, its super clean, everything is brand new and staffs are very very friendly.
Pasar hongkong and Tri Dharma Bumi Raya Temple are within walking distance, definitely a must visit at night time.

Kamarnya Bersih, Nyaman, Sarapannya Juga Sangat Beragam Kue Jajanan Khas Singkawang. I Think I'll Back Here Again When i'm back to Singkawang
