di masa covid ini semua layanan sangat baik..pelayannya ramah2..kamarnya bersih..hanya siaran TV di kamar aja kadang2 hilang..tp semua fasilitasnya sangat baik..makan nya juga enak2.

Biasanya Jika Saya menginap di hotel jaringan Accor selalu dapat spare waktu 1 jam untuk check out meskipun sedang full. Saya hanya minta tambahan waktu untuk sholat zuhur namun tidak diberikan dengan alasan full. Mereka benar2 menolak mentah2 request Saya. Sebagai member Accor Saya tidak pernah mengalami pelayanan jelek seperti ini. Apa karena Saya tidak booked lewat aplikasi Accor? Saya minta list laundry juga lama diberikan.

pertama kali nginep di grand mercure bandung, pelayanannya oke banget, kamarnya bersih walaupun kamar mandi agak kecil. kolam renang nya enak, karena air hangat. thank grand mercure

saya sangat berterima kasih kepada security yg cepat tanggap. Anak saya sempat kelelep di kolam renang dewasa dan langsung di selamatin sama security. Bpk security tidak pedulikan pakaian,hp,dompet & brng2 lain miliknya jdi basah semua. Suasana Hotel yang homey dan pelayanan yang sangat memuaskan.

- Kamar request King Bed, dikasih Twin dan letaknya paling ujung dan jauh dr lift. - Ibu saya ke bawah lupa pakai masker, mau ambil mesti naik ke lantai 8 lagi. Minta masker ke reseptionist, kata reseptionist kena charge 10.000/bh masker. Apakah protokol kesehatan hotel bintang 5 seperti ini, yg lebih mengutamakan komersil drpd protokol kesehatan? - Anak saya berenang, ada ulat nempel di badannya. Air kolam jg kotor. Mood berenangnya lsng hilang - Toilet adanya shampoo saja, tidak ada sabun. Tissue pun tidak ada dikamar. - Air showernya kecil dan tidak ada kencang - Seprei ada bercak merah Servis yg diberikan sangat jauh dr standar bintang 5. Apalagi sebelum ke hotel ini, kami habis menginap di salah satu hotel di daerah Cileumbelit (P*d*a*perbandingan), servisnya bak langit dan bumi Anak. saya yg umur 10 tahun saja bisa merasakannya Pendek. kata cukup, hanya sekali saja nginap di hotel ini KAPOK,

Actually i have visited Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi in 2017 for table manner International Professional Institute/IPI Sukabumi. Now i just realize as a hotelier that giving the review is very helpful for the hotel, so that why i write this little review. to be honest this hotel is very memoriable for me, the service is very excellent, the staff are very professional and helpful. i want to mention one of the staff there but i can't remmember it. lol. anyway thank you all the F&B Service team especially banquet team. for giving us gold memoriable. i hope i can visit this hotel again in the next future. Stay one night, the last night on our 5 days holiday. Even though I booked it just two days before the day and it was peak season (I guess), it was totally worth it. Nice bed, clean room, pool view (upgraded for free), nice and clean towels, good breakfast, and nice staffs. My family really happy that I extend the holiday and I chose this hotel as our closing holiday moment. This was not my first time in this hotel, I thought if thing does not go as planned then this hotel will be the course correct choice. It was true, I had a bad choice for day 3 and 4, chosing this hotel to fix the situation was really really really best decision at that moment.

First time stayed at this hotel on 2nd - 3rd April 2021 for 1 night, Deluxe Room Pool View. During this covid-19 pandemic, I tried to staycation on my family holidays in this hotel. It is a 5 stars hotel, but I think it shouldnt be 5 stars. Here are the pros and cons during my vacation : Pros : * Hotel location is near to Lembang * Swimming pool with warm water * There are rooms with pool view Cons : * The room is too small for 5 stars hotel * The bathroom is very standard, not a 5 stars hotel * When I checked in, the front office did'nt ask me when will I have breakfast on the next morning, but they have breakfast schedule limited only 1 hour during this pandemic. I have to go down to lobby again and I have to ask, they said they will contact me, make a phone call to my room. That is ridiculous. What if there's no one in the hotel room? * Breakfast menu (Foods, drinks, side dishes) are standard * Some of hand sanitizer didnt work * There are no kids playground during this pandemic * Guess are limited to access swimming pool, have to book first, only have 1 hour at the swimming pool area. But the reality wasnt like that *Internet speed connection is very slow Will I book and stay in this hotel again? Well the answer is "DEFINETLY NOT"

I have been here for so many times. This is one of my favourite hotel in Bandung. But i have some notes for this current staycation in Grand Mercure Bandung. First of all.... The guy with the luggage.. Very helpful and friendly. He got all our luggage to our room and he took off his shoes before got in the room. This one is quite a positive point for me. Cleanliness is a must and he kept it clean! Next. Front desk. Nice hospitality. Helpful like always. Room. We got the privilege one on the second floor just so we can have the balcony outside. Got some notes for this. The bed. We haven't got into bed until late at night. Once we want to sleep, we notice that the bed is not that clean. It's 9pm i called the room service and ask to change the sheets. We waited quite a while... My kids need to sleep. At 930 the guys came into our room and change the bedsheets. But... They use their shoes in our room. Even me and my kids don't use our sandals near the bed just to keep it as clean as possible. So this one is a minus for me. The water. The shower is a bit broken. The water is hard to adjust between hot and cold. The balcony is dirty. I know there's trees around but gosh you could recheck it again to make it cleaner. Quite disappointed. I Didn't even bother to complain. I peek on the other balcony beside our room and theirs are cleaner than mine. Sad. The breakfast. I always keep my eyes on the breakfast session. Usually i have no problem. But right now, the hospitality is a bit below the bar. I've been to swissotel PIK and they served us so much better. They kinda have assigned person to cover several tables. So they can makesure that the person on each table got what they need, and the remember the names of each table. That meant a lot, hospitality-wise.. Grand mercure could have provide better service, thats all. Now it's just feel like a two stars hotel buffet. The food is ok. Not so many guests so i guess they didn't have many option on the menu.

I really enjoy staying with a very nice interior. thank you for the upgrade and the decoration is also very beautiful. the service is unfortunately satisfying. Thank you Grand Mercure, this memory will not be forgotten.
