Connecting room tidak tersedia saat kami check in jam 17:00. Sedangkan kami memesan 2 kamar dgn fasilitas connecting room, yang sangat kami butuhkan untuk family traveler.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus karena terletak di pusat kota dan dekat ke mana-mana, Kamar hotel ini memiliki design interior bagus dan modern, kebersihan juga sudah baik, kualitas sarapan juga sudah bagus.
harga hotel ini agak tinggi, mungkin perlu penyesuaian harga karena disekitar hotel ini ada hotel lain yang juga mempunyai harga yang lebih murah dan bersaing, dengan kualitas hampir sama dengan hotel ini.

Ruangan kamar bersih, lokasi bagus di sekitar ada Mcd & mini market malah ada jajanan pedagang asongan. Di seberang ada GM plaza. Lobby luas nyaman. Kolam renang tidak besar. Sarapan beraneka makanan biasa saja. Coffee machine & pemanggang roti saat itu tidak berfungsi. Overall ok

I cannot say it was terrible, it is literally sucks. We stayed here because of quarantine. Foods and service 🤮 no one is able to understand English. Staff cannot solve problems. We stayed in nonsmoking room however it smelled smoked and neighbors was smoking.

I stayed 2 nights for business meeting. When I arrived the air con was not working. They said there was a cracked pipe, so there was no water flow. I asked for the manager, the intern sent the banquet staff. He apologize and explained the situation and promised to keep me updated, but did not give any solution. 15 minutes later the room was unbearably hot and it became very uncomfortable.
I went to the reception and the staff there was very helpful. He responded to my request for air con portable well. They couldn't provide air conditioner portable but in a short time they installed misty fan.
My room was very clean and the bed was comfy. I appreciate that they installed varied sockets fot TV sources as shown on the picture.
Lunch and dinner menu was varied and served buffet style. They gave us plastic hand gloves for the sake of health protocol.

Food was great, especially the time when it comes to night service ,especially pasta and the meat. For the room it is great for the cleaness and fit with my standard of view of room,it is simple and not much take space. Afterall would comeback again

It's such a great experience staying at this hotel. The fact that this hotel is actually located in a very strategic area. It also gives me many options to public transportation and the most important thing is the staff. I'm also impressed by the staff's service especially from the frontline guys. The restaurant provides a very nice breakfast and service. Well, personally ACCOR Hotel never fails me. Thanks Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni for ur hospitality.
