I was quarantining 7 nights at this hotel. It was a prepaid package. I stayed in a standard room with King Bed. It was a great experience:
Comfortable room with a fridge that worked really well, great space, and a table that I could move and adjust in a better way to work.
Large, comfortable bed and pillows.
Air conditioning works great, I love sleeping with the cold room and this was possible in the hotel.
Darkness of the curtains was good, it managed to keep it dark until late in the morning although I still think the perfect thing would be a total blackout.
Bathroom with great water jet, and perfectly clean. Large, quality towels with good products, including toothbrush and toothpaste.
The food in the quarantine package exceeded my expectations, but when I asked for the hotel's room service (paid separately), the food tasted really good! Try the burgers, the cheesecake and the Brazilian Meat. The drinks ordered separately came at a good temperature. I didn't have the opportunity to eat breakfast at the hotel, but I imagine it is of great quality.
In short: a great hotel, I was very well attended by the manager Daniel, by the reception/room service attendant Alini and by Tegul who cleaned the rooms. He was extremely friendly and efficient in the quality and speed at which he did the cleaning, even with the restrictions of the pandemic. Excellent service!
A negative point is the high price of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and room service dishes. I understand it to be a 5 star hotel but I think that for a lower value guests would make more orders.
Would go back to the hotel for sure!
