Could be better. Check-in was quick, although there was a bit of confusion since I booked 3 rooms with family. No information was given upon check-in, and was only given when I asked a bellman while he was assisting with lift access. The room was spacious and clean. A bit disappointed with the inconsistency of the product, since I got smaller TV with no cable channel (only local). When asked, they only said that the items have not yet arrived, therefore they setup the TV with what they have. Room type could be questioned as well. Stayed at room 1007, which was not really a Mountain View room that I booked. No in-room dining menu available, due to the IPTV was not setup in the room. The physical menu was not available and they only gave a QR code for the menus. Yet there were different explanations between the operators and restaurant order takers between in-room menu availability. Breakfast was good, a lot of selection, but food refill could be sped up for a busy weekend breakfast. The 2nd day we found hair in one of the bath towels which was replaced after calling the operators. The sink table in the bathroom has uneven legs, a bit wobbly when you put your hand on the table while brushing teeth or washing face. Overall, the sleep experience was very nice, the room was cold. Will be considered for return trip if I have plans to go to Malang.
