Saya seringkali harus ke kota Ketapang, selama ini selalu kurang nyaman dengan hotel2 lainnya. Tapi setelah Grand Zuri buka saya senang karena sangat bersih, dan yang terpenting pelayanannya ramah sekali. Good job and very thank you!!

We work in the nearby estates of ketapang and every chance we get to come out to the city, we blindly choose Grand Zuri.
Staff and Rooms: The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Rooms are well priced. Not too expensive. They are clean and of good size. And during Covid, I like, trust and approve their preparedness for cleanliness and sanitisation.
Food: BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE CHEF AND HIS TEAM
We are Indians, vegetarians and absolute foodies on top of that.. and in this part of the world, you don't get food that suits our pallette. Until you meet Chef Heri at Grand Zuri Ketapang. He is an angel for us who crave indian flavours.. His experience with the flavours in Gulf makes him confident to even try out recipes we share with him and customizer based on available ingredients. It's a very happy feeling to be able to connect with a chef so well. For as long as we stay in the estates, this hotel will be our get-away center.

have some good experiences during stayed in grand zurich. quick handling, clean and neat bed and room also good food for breakfast. its in perfect location in town so its easier for me to find meals at night.

The staff are so nice, they really help guest,so polite. The room is so clean, the bathroom room too. They have minibar inside the room, the breakfast is almost perfect and many kinds of food. Thank you Grand Zuri Hotel Ketapang. As I promised to give my honest review.
