Saya dan Suami menginap di malam tahun baru, kamar yang kami dapat adalah 708.
Ini ke-3 kalinya kami menginap di GranDhika, dan pengalaman kali ini cukup mengecewakan.
1. Remote TV bermasalah
2. Air panas tidak berfungsi
3. Bau tak sedap di saluran pembuangan air samping toilet.
4. Key lock pintu sempat bermasalah.

Ada dua kekecewaan saya terhadap Hotel Grand jika :
1. Saya sangat kecewa karena Hotel dengan tarif segitu, dan yg berlokasi di kawasan elite masa AC nya tidak dingin, sudah di perbaiki oleh petugas hotel nya, tp tetap saja tidak dingin.
2. Untuk pilihan bad knp tidak di cantumkan pd saat pemesanan online, pas sudah smpi di hotel baru di beritahukan bahwa bed yg saya mau full....
Saya sangat kecewa, dengan tarif seperti itu tp pelayanan dan service nya sangat mengecewakan.
Mohon di perhatikan lagi buat kami yang suka memesan kamar hotel lewat online, supaya jgn di kasih kamar yg asal2an.

Sudah bbrp kali menginap di sini. Lokasinya bagus utk saya, dekat dgn kuliner di Pasaraya & Blok M Square, dekat dengan tujuan urusan bisnis. Hotel dan kamarnya juga cukup bagus, hanya mungkin channel film di TV perlu ditambah dan setting volume TV yg paling minim masih terasa cukup keras, shg harus dihilangkan sama sekali suaranya.

Grandhika Hotel never fails me. It was a great experience to spend NYE at Grandhika😊 The service from hotel was perfect and the staff looked very helpful to recognize their guest very well. Tq Mas Adit & Mba (i forgot her name) from Kalandara🥰

Even though the swimming pool facility is temporarily closed, it is still a great alternative to finish off the holiday period with my family, great services and special thanks to Ms. Edelyn for your kindness and hospitality for the recommendation

Love the staff hospitality, the cleanliness around the premises especially the room. Nice breakfast taste, too bad ac in my room not fully working (too hot) but overall its a great stay. And would love to stay at grandhika again anytime soon

Located in strategic place, good venue meeting, the lunch was great and excellent services. Especially kak Dina, she has a good attitude and friendly. Recommended for business trip and I looking forward to come back very soon!
