ceritanya aku pesen kamar promo di tiket.com, nyampe sana dapet kamar yg ga sesuai deskripsi, pihak hotelnya bilang orderan yg masuk dari tiket.com nya memang kamar yg paling murah di hotel itu, sepertinya ada missed communication antara tiket.com dan pihak hotel, jadi harga yg promo di tiket.com itu sama dengan harga kamar yg paling murah di hotel. Syukurnya pihak hotel mau bertanggung jawab tetep kasih kamar sesuai deskripsi di tiket.com. jujur gatau salahnya dimana cuma agak kesal aja sih ngerasa di boongin harga promo
