Receptionistnya ga ramah dan looks underestimate sm tamu, sama double standart... mau tanya late check out bisa atau ga dijawab gabisa karena full booking kmr pdhl aku cek d online msh availble bnyk kmr dan selama ini di bbrp hotel kayak aston dan novotel aja bisa aja bahkan aku bs reschedule dan late check out sampe jam 3 d aryaduta dan dikasih breakfast pdhl beli voucher hotel tanpa breakfast sama.. suami mau ambil helm gabisa krn ga bawa tag penitipan pdhl tau itu suamiku bareng aku dan orderan gofood suamiku ditagih ke aku pdhl petugasnya sendiri bilang udah dibayar kata gojeknya gopay eh taunya belum sama, brrti mereka tau aku dan suamiku sekamar helm, ga dikasih tp order ojek suami aku yg ditagih kan double standart suami, jd telat kerja krn insiden ini dan mood liburan cm pulang dua hari ke palembang nemuin suami jd rusak ...

nginep disini staycation sih sebenernya. pelayanannya oke, tp emang rada rempong krn lg ada acara nikahan jd rame hari itu. utk kebersihan, spreinya banyak bekas noda2 membandel. sedikit mengganggu penglihatan sih. tp okelah. terus krn hotelnya ga terlalu tinggi, kl di lantai atas lg rame anak2 lari2, geger sampe ke kamar. lumayan keganggu banget. berisiknya bikin ga bs tidur siang. utk harga krn lg dpt harga diskon, worth it dong pstnya

Book harper ,di mutasi ke aston.. ga suka yaa,, krn udh biasa di harper, aston bersik bunyi air, bunyi pintu, org jalan.. pkknya krg nyaman deh.. mustinya harper jgn open klu emg ga buka, lbh baik di lock , jd tggl org pilib sendri mau aston apa hotel lain gitu. Tq

Hotel nya luas mulai dari lobby sampai kamar. Fasilitas ok banget, banyak spot outdoor bahkan di lobby pun ada spot foto outdoor. Kamar nya luas dan bersih, kolam renang gak terlalu besar sehingga pada saat peak season jadinya keliatan terlalu rame terutama pada saat pandemi ini, tidak ada pembatasan jumlah tamu di kolam renang.

Overall the hotel staff are very polite and offered good service specially Mr. Obersa who did an excellent job cleaning my room daily and attended to my needs and request during my almost 3 weeks stay in Harper hotel Palembang. I recommend this hotel for either long or short stays

Ini pengalaman pertama buat aku dan keluarga datang ke HARPER, awalnya ga ada rencana untuk kesini, tapi karena ada temen rekomendasi jadilah saya pilih HARPER dan hasilnya ga mengecewakan sama seakli.

Felt reluctant to eat out during pandemic, but turns out to be a satisfying experience. I had lunch here with a group of friends, credits to Koko lianto and the team for giving the best service ever. I can tell Harper Palembang is taking all the preparation, foods and service seriously, and well-adapting to health protocol without making such a hassle for us visitors. Well done, and surely I'll come back again.

Rooms and environment were not so clean, I had dirts under my bed. Lamp at the front of my door was off so the alley was dark, and I noticed several other lamps were also off. They did not replace my tea and bar soap when I asked to clean my room. Breakfast was so-so, sausages did not taste good, not much food to choose, on my second day they did not even replace the empty milk for the cereals. I just didn't get the pleasure of staying at 4-star hotel like I usually had.
However rooms are spacious enough and price is affordable.
