Love this Hotel. I spent a great night here. I love the ambiance, the concept, the system, the facilities, etc. Unfortunately, I don't try their food because I want to explore Medan culinary. But everything else is great. I recommend you to spend your holiday or staycation here.
The room is clean. All the linen is fresh. And the most important thing, the bed is great. I did enjoy my sleep. Here is what they provide in the room:
Bed, telephone, TV, wardrobe, shower, AC, Tea and coffee, water heater, and instead of providing bottled mineral water, they put a glass jar in every room and we can refill the water from the dispenser that put in the corridor to reduce plastic use, they also have a mini chiller, safe box and a laundry basket if we need laundry service.

sudah lebih 5 kali menginap di hotel ini.. kamar yang bersih dan properti juga yang bagus dilihat, serta pelayanan yang baik apalagi untuk pak security terimakasih sudah mau membantu saya ketika mobil saya kehabisan batre kelupaan matikan lampu di malam hari topp dehh

Saya berpindah hotel di hari kedua saya di Medan, mencari hotel dengan harga dan review terbaik. Ternyata benar, saya bisa berbisnis dan beristirahat sekaligus. Ada beberapa improvement sedikit yang harus ditingkatkan sekali lagi, hidangan morning breakfast. Sudah bagus tetapi perlu ditingkatkan ketitik just perfect. Karena morning breakfast penting bagi pebisnis sebelum memulai hari, so please learn more towards perfection. Next, karena kegunaannya dalam bisnis, terkadang di kamar kami inngin kerja, apabila bisa disiapkan meja yg proper buat bekerja di kamar. Itu saja. Lainnya.....PERFECT....pasti saya akan kembali lagi. Thankyou Harper

All is beyond the expectation, room and bed is big, any smoking room, quiet area, many coffee and traditional food shops near the hotel and nice play to relax with my wife, thank you harper, will come bsck soon.

Our stay was very enjoyable! Not only it's really clean, service was friendly, and good value for money, what we like most was the fact that the hotel try to support free plastic environment! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Medan.

This hotel room is cozy and give me a good sleep.
The food is good, but need to improve the regulation for visitor to follow the "new normal" procedure.
Next time will try to order the beverages in the bar.

the whole thing is good. maybe in the future can enlarge the facilites such as swimming pools, bar, gym center, live music, spa, etc. the service is good, the recepsionist give the best service with best response.

This hotel has only been open for a year or so. We watched it being built when we used to live in Medan. The room was very comfortable and spacious--enough room for our luggage. The bathroom had an extra shelf, so enough room for 2 people's toiletries. Typical of Indonesia, even luxurious hotels, the tap water is not drinkable. They do not offer bottled water, but do give you a pitcher and have water down the hall to fill up--I much prefer that system. The hot shower was accommodating to tall people. We loved the breakfast, a mixture of local and Western with an egg bar and Soto Medan, my favorite soup. They offered late checkout for a very reasonable fee, and overall the price was great.
