Saat tidur di kasur 1 badan langsung gatal2. Spre ny ntah sudah berapa tamu ngak di cuci. Bantal nya ada cap sendal anak yg kotor sekali.

menginap di Hotel ini kebetulan untuk bisnis trip, kamar bersih dan view keluar kamar jg lumayan. tp ada suara yg mengganggu seperti sedang renovasi dan sangat menganggu saat jam tidur.
makanan perlu diperbanyak variatif nya dan tata letak makanan nya bs di perbaiki lagi.

Setiba di hotel disambut dengan baik. Pilihan kamar sesuai dengan noted. Berharap kasurnya disediakan ukuran 200x200 untuk keluarga besar agar lebih nyaman untuk baby.

Homy, nice and clean hotel. Helpfull front office staff. It’s great for doing the health protocol, hand sanitizer at some point of place. Good breakfast.
It would be better if we could have the egg corner for scrumbble egg or half-boiled egg.

Thankyou for great services during my stay on wedding preparation. The location is very near with centre of Batam. The staff very helpful and offering beyond expectation. Will come back again to see you all ;)

had a city view room, was awesome, room is clean, bathroom is clean, im glad they have toilet shower installed. decent breakfast too, meeting snacks are delicious. it was fun experience, had kind hand too from the staff when i left my package in the receptionist office. thank you

We book the hotel form booking.com very lovely clean room we stay at the hotel around 2 weeks.
Very friendly staff we enjoy a lot.
Foods really nice and the swimming pool
We use the gym also.
