Lobby instagramable utk foto2, akses ke Mall dekat di lobby,FO ramah,proses ci/co cepat, kamar nyaman utk anak2, kolam renang dan playground anak2 saya suka dan betah tp sayang utk ban hrs sewa (30rb/ban) 😔 klo bisa gak usah sewa krn toh kita sudah menginap, ada cemilan jg sosis daa bakso bakar dan berbayar jg (klo gak salah 25rb), wifi kenceng bgt koneksi nya, saluran TV pake First Media tp sayang pas ujan malah byk channel gak bisa 😔😒, variasi bfast banyak dan enak2 sampe bingung mau makan yg mana 😁 ada kegiatan menghias kue kecil utk anak2 (free). Overall saya dan keluarga puas

i really enjoy my 10 nights of stay in this hotel till the very last second.
the receptionist and restaurant staff service is excellent, and housekeeping staff mr. jaelani is very friendly, responsive and helping.
the variety of food selection is good, the room is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the internet connection is good

Its a good experience staying in Harris Bekasi. The room is spacious and clean. Love the sofa bed and internet connection. I didnt order breakfast because of the pandemy but you can walk to Sinpasa market nearby.

Udah sering bgt nginep sekeluarga di harris bekasi! Karena tau dari pengalaman pertama sampe kesekian kalinya yg dimana mulai dari service room, fasilitas, attitude, kebersihan, fnb dll keren semua! And yesterday i got an unexpected gift. i spent the end of 2020 in Harris and got this amazing gift what a lucky day THANK YOU SO MUCH especially for mas eka, mas lutfi and the security who has delivered the gift they're so kind. Wishing everyone a year fully loaded with happiness, stay safe and healthy🙏

Good breakfast, nice staffs, strategic location, amazing view from 15th floor.
Bit noise from next room but OK.
