Lobby instagramable utk foto2, akses ke Mall dekat di lobby,FO ramah,proses ci/co cepat, kamar nyaman utk anak2, kolam renang dan playground anak2 saya suka dan betah tp sayang utk ban hrs sewa (30rb/ban) 😔 klo bisa gak usah sewa krn toh kita sudah menginap, ada cemilan jg sosis daa bakso bakar dan berbayar jg (klo gak salah 25rb), wifi kenceng bgt koneksi nya, saluran TV pake First Media tp sayang pas ujan malah byk channel gak bisa 😔😒, variasi bfast banyak dan enak2 sampe bingung mau makan yg mana 😁 ada kegiatan menghias kue kecil utk anak2 (free). Overall saya dan keluarga puas

Definitely all in one hotel, this is the hotel you must stay when yore in bekasi, and the staff are very friendly! Near mall, big pool, and also the stunning city view, you wont regret! Please come to the hotel

Book a romantic dinner anniversary by the pool, the staff Bu Dida was really supportive in arranging and coordinating for decorating the venue, the results was great, food was delicious and Martin the staff that assist us during the night was really friendly. Really nice experience

We booked the hotel for 2 nights during the flooding in Bekasi and part of the reason why we chose the hotel was the brand and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is located next to Summarecon Mall Bekasi, one of if not the biggest mall in Bekasi so everything you need is just a short walk away from the hotel lobby. We enjoyed our stay although internet connectivity could be better and I wish we got our room sprayed during the daily cleaning process. Overall, we would like to recommend this hotel to anyone else staying in Bekasi. Keep up the good work!

It's a good experience, especially i loved a view from a window, and there is a good location, good facility and maybe because im often to stay a night at Harris give a more discount for a member, thanks
