dikamar tidak ada remote TV, sudah request by phone bahkan request langsung ke front line sampai check out tetap saja tidak diantar, selama pandemi ini kolam renang tutup.
menu breakfast variasinya banyak dgn rasa yg ok.

karpet kurang di vacum.jadi batuk2..nginep 2 malam kamar tidak dibersihkan.tapi minta di refil teh kopi,air mineral,tisue,peralatan mandi sm ganti handuk&keset di kasih,asal kita ngomg ke FO ny.nginep 3 malem baru di bersihkan kamar.repot juga ya di bersihkan tunggu nginep 3 malm. saya nginep 2 malam ada anak kecil gmn rasa ny kalo kamar hotel tidak dbersihkan..

bagus pelayanannya, makanan oke namun karena pandemi covid terasa kurang orang yg melayani breakfast soalnya gak boleh ambil sendiri, antri panjang hanya dilayani 1 orang untuk nasi, bubur n dimsum

Pelayanan sangat buruk. Kamar tidak dibersihkan, handuk tidak diganti, air m8neral tidak ditambah, amenities tidak ditambah, sampah tidak dibuang. Alasannya sedang pandemi covid19 kamar ddibersihkan 3 hari sekali. Dan ini tidak diinformasikan sebelumnya sama sekali. Pengalaman buruk dengan Harris dan tiket.com

Stayed at HARRIS Kelapa Gading a few times but this time in their brand new room and it was beyond expectation. Overall service was great, I even tried the Jungle Terrace near their restaurant, good ambience. Room service was extraordinary, both taste and presentation. Would definately recomend to others.

Except the check-in issue hot argument issue , remaining areas not seen any issue, security persons should take care parking of car if possible in front of the hotel. Hotel was very nice location and house keeping , call on service are excellent. Morning break fast covered most of international standard. Only issue pinched me is the check-in not permitted at 12.00 hrs even though many rooms are vacant showing the lady arrogance.

The hotel facilities are quite good, the location is quite strategic, close to malls, only the chec rocess is quite long and while waiting was not given any treats. The room is not soundproof, so there is a sound from outside and the next room

After the mkg is closed my friends and I frequently visit the restaurant here. We like the good food and pastry here and the service is nice and friendly. Our fave staff here is mas Hardy, he's always ready to assist us and very communicative. We'll be back for sure.

Hotel near famous big mall and easy parking. With this Corona situation, we hope there are more range of special and promotions prices for short or long terms stay. So this hotel can compete with other hotel on the same area which give lower Prices.
