Saya menginap di harris villa. Suasananya oke bgt, cuman perawatannya kurang, jacuzi kotor, lantai berdebu, kamar mandi atas airnya kecil. Sayang sekali villa bagus klo perawatannya minim.

Suasana villa harris sangat nyaman, sangat tenang dan design nya unik dan modern. Memiki 2 kamar tidur yang nyaman dan 2 toilet shower di lantai 1 dan 2, Jacuzi nya besar. Menu makanan cukup variatif dan kolam renang nya luas. Shuttle dari receptionist ke villa dan sebaliknya menggunakan golf car untuk 5 orang merupakan fasilitas yang sangat membantu tamu. We will definitely stay again next time.

Untuk kebersihan udah bagus sekali. hanya saja untuk makanan menurut saya masih kurang. hanya saja kalau disuruh milih balik nginap lagi atau tidak ya kuy lah nginep lagi.. hahaha

hotel harris udah agak lama, jadi ada bbrp bagian kamar yg kelihatan agak usang, seperti lantai vynil yg udah keliatan kusam... dan pintu kamar hotel yg agak rusak jd susah dibuka... dan ruangan gym yg harus banyak maintenance krn kalau masuk ruangan sudah bauu...
padahal untuk suasana hotel nya sudah cukup nyaman..

Suka dengan suasana yg ramah dan nyaman, anak2 suka..resepsionis yg tanggap dan ramah, dan room service yg bagus, cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Hanya sangat disayangkan room yg ada connecting door nya habis/ penuh.

I booked a villa at Harris hotel. It was quite nice and the facility was awesome. I travelled with 2 children. The staffs were also very nice. A little problem with the bathroom though. The water pipe was stuck. Yet, I will definitely come back

I choose Harris villa for my family because this villa have a private place n jacuzzi, I like the weather. I Think Harris Hotel is a great place with good ambience for our family in pandemic era like now

My first time visit harris villa,Good enviroment,fresh and quite,feel hommy,worth it with the price and the facility very comfortable,good for family refreshing and gathering agenda,will be back for the next vacation

Comparing beetwen the other Harris hotel in another location, here in Malang this hotel looks more than a budget hotel.The Lobby Interior, swimming pool and garden looks nice and pretty. The pool quite big and clean as well. They also have a kids club. But the room itself just a similar like other budget hotel. The room clean and neat. There is electric kettle and tea coffee for the guest. The view from the lobby to the garden was so beautiful also the hotel building surrounded by the greens.

Even though only a short stay this time, but we still could enjoy our time in this hotel. The hotel is following new health protocol and room was cleaned up by disinfectant and keep for one hour before it give to the guest.
