Yg kurang hanya pd bagian lobby, tidak seperti Harris lainnya, kesannya terlalu gersang untu sebuah hotel bintang 4.

Tinggal di lantai 11, terasa berisik karena restoran tepat di atas kamar lantai 12. Suara kegaduhan dengan geser menggeser meja, perlengkapan yang jatuh serta orang yang berlari terdengar sangat berisik. Tidak ada tindakan dari hotel, Makanan yang tidak enak, bahkan SOP sayur asin sekali rasanya saat breakfast. Hanya menang lokasi, hospitality sama sekali tidak ada.
Pokoknya menyesal memilih hotel ini.

tempat parkiran mobil kurang aja, krna high season, di kenain biaya parkir di blkng hotel, ga tau benar apa ngak, soalny ga da security pas wktu tu, mungkin next di free park. tpi gpp jg hehe, hanya masukan aj.

kamarnya luas, tapi wc sedikit sumbat, dan saat saya tinggalkan room kan suruh bersih, tapi gak di bersihkan sama pihak hotel..
selebihnya oke aja..
tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.

Overall harris hotel is good, the facilities, location, and food is good. But i cannot find restaurant menu at room, so this is make difficult to order some food. The pool is good and clean. The wifi little bit slow.

I arrived with my colleagues after 2pm. The check in took a while. The staff said that there were problems with the laundry that made them have to take more time to prepare for the linen and towels. We have to wait for about 40 mins and then we got the key on each of us. I entered the room and found no towels. Called the receptionist again and they were not sure when to deliver the towels because of the towel problem. However, they promised to send a copu. I waited for about 2 hours and no towels came. Then called the receptionist again and seemed that they forgot. Please take care of the guest thoroughly in the future!
Room was okay. The shower height cant be adjusted, seems the lock was broken. Breakfast was also okay.

Very suitable room and recommended this for your business trip, easy to reached the place, and we can find coffee shop at car park, And i recommended to the management to increase hotel facility with the near competitor.

Room is very comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly to serve guests, can see the beauty of the city of Pontianak, a strategic place in the city center near anywhere

Service is good and friendly, the room is clean, and any requests are fulfilled, many food choices and room and good taste and there is room for spa salon services, also available swimming pool for those who want to swim.
