saya suka ruangannya yang lumayan luas
saya sudah beberapa kali menginap disini, tapi baru kali ini saya mendapat pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan di fonya dan mau tambah pinjam bantal saja dikenakan biaya.

Judesss pelayannya, ketusss, cuma gara2 lupa kalo ga bisa sarapan eh ditegur gaenak sama yang di tempat jaga sarapan. Terus diketusin bilang "checkout jangan lupa jam 12" pake nada yang ketus, muka kecut. Padahal pelayanan kamar, front office dll oke semua. Dan kamar atau hotelnya super nyaman.

Hotel yg cukup nyaman,ada kids pool dan breakfastnya beragam,hanya handuk sdh pada dekil ya dan pd saat check out hrs mnunggu kmrn sdh dicek dl br bs pergi pdhl ud dijmput mau ke bandara,hotel2 lain bs checkout tinggal kasi kunci saja..overall oke untuk hotel budget

Stay for the second time already and it just amazed me with how comfortable this place is!
Strategic and it does have a reasonable price. Worth trying to stay here especially if you're in group and it won't drained your pocket away of course

Old Hotel with so crowded people withoit mask and only 1 lift work during covid pandemi.
Bad view from room no wifi
No Ac at Lobby
Old room not good maintenance
Smelly (Fishy smell) bathroom & Sink
never back again to this un comfortable hotel

Lovely location, good room set up, friendly staff and quick service. Approachable and always on toes to help. Happy stay and awesome vacation. Much recommended for anyone who plans to stays here. Hotel is close to kuta beach and they provide free shuttle service

Love this small hotel in the heart of Kuta. Nice decor and comfortable rooms in the heart of Kuta, with lots of food options nearby. We love the theme of the hotel, how everything is so well-coordinated according to their orange branding.

Big room with living area and pantry, but not really useful. Ac not working properly, not to cold even if you turn on both at bed room and living area to 16 degree.
Odd setting for toilet, can’t close the door properly, in fact from living area you can see direct to toilet.
Tv provide at room is the old one, with minimum channel available.
Breakfast good with many option, staff are caring and friendly.

Great service and property to stay. Kids loved the functioning pool. Few things were not functioning like Aircon in GYM was not fixed. But one thing cant make a much difference.
We loved the stay with our family at Harris riverview hotel.
