Pelayanannya bagus, menerapkan protokol kesehatan, staffnya ramah. Hanya saja ada beberapa bagian hotel yang ketika malam itu sangat gelap mungkin lupa menyalakan lampu terutama di depan lift. Overall, sangat bagus. Lengkap dekat dengan minimarket, makanannya enak semua.

harris selalu dihati. sudah beberapa kali stay at Harris. dimanapun selalu menyenangkan. makanan nya enak2, kamarnya bersih dan luas. service nya luar biasa

Definitely value for money. Really though, the location is great, staff is courteous, was on 1st floor but not noisy. Rooms were clean, functioning bathroom, AC was cold. Close to convenience stores and laundromat.

lokasinya sangat strategis di daerah seminyak, kemana2 jadi gampang... cuma emang hotelnya ini terletak bukan di jalan yang gede banget, tapi masih cukup lah buat lalu lintas mobil. overall sih oke dan worth the price.

Stayed during Nyepi with their package. Room was clean and comfortable, although nothing stood out in terms of design. Breakfast buffet was tasty with many options, while lunch lacked the variety. Dinner had to be ordered through room service since they didn't include on the package. Gym was ok, although there's no mirror (a must for a gym). Fifth floor swimming pool was small but I like hanging out there because it felt more private. The staff was really kind and helpful 👍👍

The hotel's location is excellent with the shopping facilities and restaurants nearby. The beach is within a walking distance and the hotel's shuttle service was pretty good. The breakfast selection was really good but hot food options were very restricted for the pure vegetarians.

Average. The beds are rock hard and the fridge in the room wasn't very cold. The rooms are very noisy at night time. The service from staff was good and prompt. We stayed in interconnecting room with our 2 children. The kids loved their room

Staying for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The location quite close to the beach. The room was very clean and comfy with nice honeymoon decor. Loved it. Nice staff and clean bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel as part of a very last minute trip to Bali. The location is great for access to the beach and the little shuttle bus down to it is useful. Clean rooms but very basic and a little noisy. Pool was pretty cold and always in the shade unfortunately but the gym was useable.
