Setelah lama stay at home karna ada pandemik, akhirnya memberanikan diri untuk liburan.. terima kasih hotel harris sentul city atas pelayanan dan fasilitas yg diberikan.. next bakalan staycation disini lagi, pagi” bisa sepedaan keliling sentul..

Kali pertama nginep di Harris sentul, awalnya agak ragu mau nginep di Harris, karena blom pernah ada pengalaman nginep sebelumnya di Harris sentul. Namun akhirnya keraguan terjawab, cukup memuaskan nginep di Harris, swimming pool keren, apalagi makanan cukup melimpah dan enak enak...recomended banget bagi traveller yg mau nginep di sentul dan sekitar

udah bayar breakfast, tp para pegawainya gapercaya. udah ditunjukin buktinya ttp aja awalnya gadibolehin masuk. padahal kmrn dr receptionist nya aja udh ok, eh paginya malah ada aja kerjaan. jelek deh pelayanannya

hotel bersih, sarapan lezat, suasanya asri, view dari kamar diapit 2 pegunungan, kami mendapat kamar yg kondisi ac nya tidak dingin, kemudian komplain dan direspon dengan cepat dengan memberikan kamar pengganti yg ac nya bekerja dgn basik

pelayan nya ramah, masakannya enak, menerapkan protokol kesehatan, fasilitas permainan nya bnyk... cuma jalan akses kesana nya bnyk yg berlubang, ketika hujan ada kamar yg bocor, seketika minta pindah langsung ditanggapi dengan baik oleh pelayannya. thanks harris sentul

Room :
Typical Business room, don't expect a resort type, but it was spacious enough for 3 adults and one children. They had a day bed and extra pillow. Oh and the bolster! Can't sleep without a bolster. Thank you!
Room is clean. Love their full body mirror.
Facilities :
Swimming pool was spacious, but need more chair for the guess. Changing room could be better since it was only 2 room.
Kids club is great. So many activity.
Btw, I love their morning dance with Dino and staff. So lovely and cheerful
Breakfast :
I paid for additional breakfast, some food are good and tasty. But some food not really good. Overall, I love their breakfast. Usually I have a low expectation on the hotel's breakfast.

The day before the laughing of my Brand "LIZAR" I went to Harris for having a staycation with my sister from stayandvay who will review the experience here. Due to covid 19, the staff will assist us in the restaurant and the swimming pool area also cleaned, there's a lot spot for out. The room is clean and typically of Harris style and we choose the standard one.

Short escape to Harris Sentul City with fam at weekend.... open 2 rooms for the comfortness.
Felt the vibes since Check In...... Warm, Welcome, Cheerfull, Sincer, Quick and helpfull staff. Thanks million tons of thanks
to Ibu Intan, Endrew, Mutia n Ade for the services delivered. Keep it up and deliver your best to all your patrons.
This Hotel is recomended for family staycation many facilities provided for the kidos, breakfast OK n tasty, Room and surrounding were clean and well maintained.
Never doubt to repeat it here by the pool view.

the hotel apply the health procedures very very well
first come body temp well-done
linen and bath towel are also clean
kid-friendly
the room connected to the pool very easy to jump into the pool directly
the size is also nice

Best choice for stay at hotel with family, harris have a lot facilities for kids, we like the pool activity in the morning for kids and all the staff are welcoming to help us
keep the good work :).....
