Lokasi hotel berdampingan dgn Bandara Ngurah Rai, ada shuttle bus gratis jemput dan antar ke bandara. Convenient untuk hotel transit. Kami mendarat tengah malam dari Melbourne dan staf hotel sudah menunggu di penjemputan dengan baju warna orange, sangat mudah dikenali dr begitu banyak orang yg menunggu. Kamar agak kecil dibandingkan dengan harga. Lift berasa sumpek. Sarapan juga perlu ditingkatkan rasanya.

So..soo...lokasi bagus,hotel bagus,.cuma saya pilih kamar smoking room di 118..spray air di toilet nya keciiil bgt,gimana mau buat bersih bersih..and kalau anda type orang yg gak bisa lepas dr gadget,dan butuh wifi...jangan harap dari hotel ini..wifi nya sgt sgt lambat,kdg juga ada kadang engga ada connect...

We were booked for 1 night as a stopover on our way into Bali and again on our way out. Then we had a flight cancellation and ended up staying 3 days. It is an airport hotel so not luxurious but very convenient and the airport shuttle is great. They were undergoing renovations while we were there which was unfortunate but it will be nice when complete. The food is ok, the staff are very good and quite helpful as we were getting flights changed and needed help printing new itineraries. We would stay again as a stop-over.

Since I started to stay at this hotel, I get to know some of the staff, makes it easier to communicate when I need something, like extra bottles of water, extra toilet paper and pick up/ transfer from and to the airport. In general, it is a perfect location for transit..

Great location especially with airport shuttle. The hotel is now very over priced, it has nearly doubled in price over the last year or 2. Won’t be staying here again unless the price is reduced a lot. Much better value hotels in the area

We love everything about this hotel except for the shower floors They are slippery and there is nothing to grab onto if you need to stand on one foot. They need rubber mats or to roughen up the shower floors. Location and service are great!

As a family who loves its comforts and 5 star top end hotels, we were looking for somewhere close to the airport where we could leave our bags, explore and have a shower before taking an evening flight. This hotel was perfect. No frills, but clean and well presented. Modern decor in the rooms (there are smoking or non smoking), clean and inviting. We paid around $40 AUD for 7 hours and this was perfect. There is a free shuttle service that runs very regularly to and from the airport, so this hotel was a no brainer. Why pay for luggage storage, showers, airport transfers, a clean spot to rest your head, tea and coffee etc when you can have it in one easy package. Room service at a reasonable price is also available if feeling a bit hungry. About a 5 minute walk to Lippo Plaza Mall at the bottom of the main road that continues up the coast to Kuta Square and further.
For those looking to stay longer, it had a nice sized pool with lounging options and an onsite cafe. In reality, while I gave this 5 stars as it suited our purpose perfectly, it is closer to a 4 star chain hotel that offers lower frills and clean comforts. Probably best if looking for a transit stop like us, or a cheap dependable option for a couple of nights.
Worth considering!
