Check in : sampai jam 3.15 kamar belum ready, katanya punya banyak kamar suite nyatanya harus tunggu akhirnya dapat tapi kamar smoking. Kamar ok cuma AC nya lama dinginnya. Bath tub sama shower jadi satu dan saluran lama ngalirnya jadi becek di area situ. Kamar suite tapi view ke jalanan depan lobby berisik.
Minta deposit cash IDR 500,000 untuk stay semalam is too much. Hotel2 skrg jarang yang menerapkan ini dan kalau ada pakai debit juga bisa dan tidak harus menunggu 3-14 Hari untuk refund deposit menurut info FO nya. Pas check in banyak yang tidak bawa cash. Kalau Mau ada aturan ini pas kita booking sudah diinfokan jadi bisa prepare atau sediakan ATM di lobby!
WiFi: dikasih user and password tapi nyatanya internet tidak berfungsi.
Signage : tidak Ada signage di lift kolam renang, gym, resto dimana semuanya harus cari2 sendiri.
Fasilitas: jadi satu sama apartment, kolam renang nya ramai.
Air minum pake botol kaca isi ulang , Mau isi ulang tapi di floor gak disediain dispenser.
TV nya ada 2 di kamar keren, nice pilihan channel Dan bisa YouTube an juga. Well done for this!
Yang paling concern dan it is as a Heavy Complaint: jam 10 malam Housekeeping gedor2 pintu cuma bilang Ada yang bisa dibantu??? Strange. Saya complaint dan MOD nya bilang katanya ada miscommunication di internal Housekeeping sama FO, karena system nya masih manual????? Hotel belum siap masih system manual kok sudah buka? Membangunkan orang jam 10 malam dan tidak bisa tidur lagi, istirahat jadi keganggu bagaimana?????
Bfast : two thumbs up 👍 untuk team F&B yang handle bfast. Service nya bagus, bfastnya juga komplit. Hanya perlu dikasih pembatas aja area buffet dalam yang tamu gak boleh masuk karena skrg harus dilayani sama petugas hotel. Overall bfast experience very good.
Parkir area : agak concern sama safety karena gak ada ambil karcis parkir apa2 terbuka aja orang bisa siapa saja masuk. Dan jadi satu dengan apartment. Di bawah gak ada security dan gak ada pemeriksaan protocol kesehatan apa2, a bit dangerous ya.

Fasilitas kamar sejauh ini masih dalam keadaan baik dan bagus, karena memang hotel masih baru, kolam juga bersih, untuk sarapan meskipun variasi tidak banyak namun untuj rasa makanan cukup enak dibandingkan hotel harris yang lain... Kolam juga bersih dan luas. Untuk lift agak lama karena dari 39 lantai hanya tersedia 2 lift. Overall cukup ok

Air panas agak bermasalah di kamar 387, staff di resto juga masih banyak yang kalang kabut belum begitu terarah.. tapi semua staff ramah banget, fasilitas dengan harganya ok juga, bakalan menginap disini lagi kalau ada kerjaan sekitar sini lagi sih pasti

Kami sekeluarga menginap di kamar suite. Bathup yang besar dan dilengkapi dengan peralatan yang modern. Kebersihan ruangan dan peralatan sangat baik. kolam renang cukup dingin karena angin yang kencang (posisi pool ditengah beberapa gedung). Air panas dikamar tidak maksimal. Kemiringan lantai kamar mandi tidak tepat, sehingga air menggenang. Menu breakfast perlu ditingkatkan. Sangat menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Banyak terdapat spot handsanitizer. Anak² sangat puas berendam dan bermain.

it turns out that the location is very far from the entrance gate of the complex. and what is very bad is that when I enter the underground parking area, I am very difficult to find signs or directions where the lobby or lift goes to the hotel. troublesome. it's better to add directions or signs to enter the hotel.
service when I arrived at the reception was my bad experience at this hotel. when I arrived greeted only by the clerk who was very busy with complaints on the phone, finally I was asked to wait. when other officers came, they didn't ask me to come, but instead served guests who had just arrived. even though I had come earlier and waited. this is terrible and it pissed me off.

Nice place to staycation. Big swimming pool. Clean and spacious room. Deposit 500K is required when we check in. By cash and debit. But for debit they need 7 days for refund (bca) and 14 days for other bank. Make sure you bring cash because there is no atm in hotel. Please provide atm or credit card payment for deposit.
Good variety of breakfast. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Always smile and greet.

hotel itu jualan utamanya adalah services atau jasa. tolong staff nya ditraining lagi terkait dengan service yang diberikan ke konsumen karena sangat mengecewakan!!! . selain itu wifi hotel tidak dapat kami pergunakan sama sekali.

Stayed in HARRIS GADING and HARRIS FX, both are really good. But, unfortunately, HARRIS PURI MANSION was really dissapointing.
The housekeeping wasnt contactable, need to call several times until they finally answer. Stay in 2 bedroom suite and only get 2 water bottle. Request another one in the next day to serve a hot milk for my baby, and the water didnt come until we check out. There's a FAMILY MART in the PURI MANSION area, but if you are unlucky enough, you will kicked out unpolitely by the apartment security guard because the private residence property is not allowed for the hotel guest. So, make sure you didnt get caught ;)
There's also a tiny kids playground near the hotel pool, with just a one colorful slide and when my son saw it, he run excitedly and AGAIIIIIN, kicked out unpolitely by the apartment security guard because its not hotel property, the playground is empty tho and no kids from the private residence there, my son didnt bother anyone, at least just talk nicely to 3 years old kiddo. What an attitude!
However, the interior design was great and the price is kinda cheap, so yeah, your choice! Will never go back to this hotel for family vacay! :)

The room is so pleasant, the staff are very kind, helpful, friendly, internet speed is strong, the location is also very close to toll road. I love the swimming pool as well, it's very relaxing, we will definitely come back for the next staycation

there are 2 main issues with this hotel: lack of communication and lack of preparation / control. quite disappointed with this stay as I was expecting better stay compare to the first one in Oct/Nov 2020. all points already highlighted to their management and let see if they can change or stay the same.

I stayed in the Suite 1 Room at Harris Suites Puri Mansion. It was a great experience, love the bed, pillows and the excellent cleanliness.. Best sleep! Food price was okay but very limited variation.
Hope there will be a minimarket nearby.

I am always amazed by the building and the architecture in it. Harris Suites Hotel is really nice, the architecture from the lobby to the rooms is very nice. And what surprised me was that I booked a room with 1 single king bed and it turned out that the room was like an apartment. I thought I was wrong to enter the room but it turned out not to be. Nice and spacious. High floor with clean and good view.
