kamar nya enak banget , ac nya dingin .. karyawan nya juga ramah".. suka banget staycation di hotel yg model nya kyak apartmn .. berasa rumah sndr .. untuk lift lebih baik agak di tingkatkan ..

Kamar nyaman, bersih, dan luas, fasilitas kolam renang besar dan bersih, area parkir luas, hanya ada 1 kekurangan yaitu fasilitas lift cukup membuat frustasi, hanya disediakan 2 lift hotel untuk melayani 35an lantai, sehingga waktu menunggu sangat lama dan overload saat peak/critical hour.

Stay 17 Oct - 18 Oct 2020 Check in : sampai jam 3.15 kamar belum ready, katanya punya banyak kamar suite nyatanya harus tunggu akhirnya dapat tapi kamar smoking. Kamar ok cuma AC nya lama dinginnya. Bath tub sama shower jadi satu dan saluran lama ngalirnya jadi becek di area situ. Kamar suite tapi view ke jalanan depan lobby berisik. Minta deposit cash IDR 500,000 untuk stay semalam is too much. Hotel2 skrg jarang yang menerapkan ini dan kalau ada pakai debit juga bisa dan tidak harus menunggu 3-14 Hari untuk refund deposit menurut info FO nya. Pas check in banyak yang tidak bawa cash. Kalau Mau ada aturan ini pas kita booking sudah diinfokan jadi bisa prepare atau sediakan ATM di lobby! WiFi: dikasih user and password tapi nyatanya internet tidak berfungsi. Signage : tidak Ada signage di lift kolam renang, gym, resto dimana semuanya harus cari2 sendiri. Fasilitas: jadi satu sama apartment, kolam renang nya ramai. Air minum pake botol kaca isi ulang , Mau isi ulang tapi di floor gak disediain dispenser. TV nya ada 2 di kamar keren, nice pilihan channel Dan bisa YouTube an juga. Well done for this! Yang paling concern dan it is as a Heavy Complaint: jam 10 malam Housekeeping gedor2 pintu cuma bilang Ada yang bisa dibantu??? Strange. Saya complaint dan MOD nya bilang katanya ada miscommunication di internal Housekeeping sama FO, karena system nya masih manual????? Hotel belum siap masih system manual kok sudah buka? Membangunkan orang jam 10 malam dan tidak bisa tidur lagi, istirahat jadi keganggu bagaimana????? Bfast : two thumbs up 👍 untuk team F&B yang handle bfast. Service nya bagus, bfastnya juga komplit. Hanya perlu dikasih pembatas aja area buffet dalam yang tamu gak boleh masuk karena skrg harus dilayani sama petugas hotel. Overall bfast experience very good. Parkir area : agak concern sama safety karena gak ada ambil karcis parkir apa2 terbuka aja orang bisa siapa saja masuk. Dan jadi satu dengan apartment. Di bawah gak ada security dan gak ada pemeriksaan protocol kesehatan apa2, a bit dangerous ya.

Kebetulan aku dapat dilantai 36, kalo malam viewnyaaaa bagus banget:'))) staf jg pada ramah2, pilihan makanan pas buka puasa jg lumayan banyak. Kamar nya bersih + lumayan beras. overall bagus, apa lg untuk harga, itu bener2 terjangkau bgt. Dapat fasilitas yg segini bagusnya

BIG YES! terima kasih BANYAK utk MOD yang sudah menangani keluhan saya dengan sangat sangat baik dan sabar. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 untuk service nya. setelah review sebelumnya yang kurang baik, kali ini saya sy berikan jempol untuk layanan hotelnya. Terlihat dari jumlah penambahan staff, lift yang ditambahkan jam opersionalnya, petugas kebersihan yang lebih banyak membuat kami makin nyaman tinggal di hotel ini. nextnya, kami pastikan akan kembali lagi..... sekali lagi TERIMA KASIH!

BIG NO! Menginap saat libur idul fitri, kamar tersedia jam 4 (sy sdh register jam 12 siang), bahkan ada yg msh antri check in, dinner REBUTAN lalu HABIS, breakfast REBUTAN lalu HABIS. Mau ngopi? gelasnya HABIS. Mau beli cemilan di family mart? Jalannya ditutup, ada petugas yg jaga, tamu hotel TIDAK BOLEH belanja di family mart. Area kolam renang kotor, ada pampers bekas cuma ditaro dipojok, mgkn krn libur, kamar full, karyawan kaget krn ga siap kalo rame. intinya, kalo ga siap rame, jgn buka kamar. kamar bersih krn baru, tp sandalnya hrs minta lagi, dikasih 1 aja pdhlan nginapnya kan 2 org yaaa. Ada mesin kopi, kopinya minta lagi. intinya stay di kamar aja de, kalo keluar kamar harus sabar krn tunggu lift lama, makan rebutan, area kolam kotor, malah ga jd fun. oh ya 1 lg, ternyata penampakan makanan di akun IG HANYA CONTOH yaaaaa..... jd tdk semua yg difoto tersedia di hotel ini. misal, gambar keju yg ada di foto IG, ketika ditanya ke petugas, malah jawabnya "memangnya ada hotel yang sedia keju untuk sarapan?" sy menginap 2 malam di 1 bedroom suites, sangat berharap bisa refund untuk malam kedua. memang lebih baik di rumah saja...

We have been quarantining for 5 days at the Harris Suites Puri Mansion in Jakarta and this is our assessment: 1) Contact: contact via email was very easy and fluid at all times. They answer emails very quickly and with all the information that is requested. Everything is very clear and systematized 2) Arrival at the airport: at the arrival a hotel employee was on time to take us to the hotel and facilitate us the passage of the military controls. All very fast and easy. 3) PCR: even though we arrived in the afternoon, on the first day they allready did the first PCR around 8pm. The next day at 7 am we had the results of the first sample. The day before check out, they came to the room to do the test in the morning and in the afternoon we already had the result. At 7am on the 6th day we were leaving the hotel with the 2 PCR and the letter signed by the military. Everything super easy and coordinated 4) Food: food is brought to the room 3 times a day. At the arrival the first day you have to choose all the meals what you are going to eat throughout the quarantine. You can choose from a vegetarian, Indonesian or western menu. The food is good but maybe a bit repetitive and almost always arrives cold. I would recommend bringing something extra for a snack or for those bored moments, although you can order food at the hotel restaurant 24 hours a day. Gojek or other types of delivery are prohibited. 5) room: very correct room. Lots of light, Internet works great, private balcony to breathe some fresh air, hot water, ... All great! Gardens, swimming pools and common areas cannot be used until the quarantine is over. In general, I would say that doing the quarantine is boring and tedious but this hotel is a good place since as a hotel it is comfortable but above all they have very very coordinated the issue of quarantine, PCR and make the entries and exits very agile.

i am the last person on this earth that would actually take the time out of my day (even during quarantine) to write a review about something. But i feel like this is my duty of care to possibly save someones life by preventing them from eating food from harris suites hotel. I didn't know it was possible to disrespect food as much as harris suites hotel does! i wouldn't even feed it to a starving street dog. Im not to sure how management or even the chef that packs these meals have the audacity to deliver it to guests after how much we have paid to stay here. I would be eating better at a Guatemalan maximum security prison. I would be eating better being homeless dumpster diving in new york city. Im sorry to the lovely staff that work here as they have been more then accommodating and the rooms here are very nice and clean but to management.....if your reading this take a good hard look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself would you eat what your serving to people? would you feed this to your children? would you serve this to your grandma if she was staying here? or would you be embarrassed? sort it out

We have picked this hotel for quarantine due to the nice rooms we saw online but if we knew the food was this horrible we would have never picked this place! I have never in my life experienced food like this and was served better at school lunches in primary. For how much we are paying as well...it's really bad. I am vegetarian and my partner is having the "normal" meals. Every single meal is COLD. I got raw tofu, powdered cold mash potatoes and 3 pieces of cold broccoli. The food is served in the smallest portions and comes at random times throughout the day. We have decided to do a water fast for the next 3 days instead of eating. People in the rooms next to us are not eating as well as I've seen their plastic trays left out untouched. Hotel is also right next to a Mosque and is very loud multiple times a day. The rooms are nice and the staff is very nice.

I have to stay in this hotel because of quarantine,even I feel boring because i stay alone but the facility inside the hotel room is entertained me.Theres 2 hotel staff was really helping one is security staff name Asep Ahmad Nasihin and the other is a guy who welcoming me in the airport named Adlian if you need some help try to looking those 2 name, both of them is humble person,nice and very helpful.

Review is based upon a quarantine stay for 2 foreigner females:1. Food cold several meals missed. 2. Customer service & organization was HORRENDOUS 3.Blood stains on linens 4.NO COMMUNICATION regarding PCR test or holding of passports 5. This hotel is not equipped to do quarantine stays
