Whats not to love about Harris Vertu Harmoni ? Everything there is made to love , we went there for our kids birthday celebration. from the moment you reached at the hotel everything is well taken care. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended and would love to return .

Good place to stay with family,they have beutiful lobby. Stayed in luxurious room with beutiful view,the room is very clean,they have a nice restaurant with very good food and great staff. will come back again here for sure..

It was really stay and clean room yet breakfast also good and tasty. Wifi connection need improvement and more fast great service from the staff very friendu will comeback very soon for anothet staycation

Me and my husband takes our first vacation during this covid situation on 28-30 Oct 20 . We bought the hotel reservation from ticket.com, and acctually we bought the yellow hotel , due to the promotion is very interesting . We have no planed for this vacation , on tursday my husband telling to me for take vacation at this hotel dur to i had day off untill saturday, and i agreeed about it. We booked it in the late afternoon for 4 days 3night . Arrived at hotel we just know that the yellow lobby is closed and the security escorting us the way for check in at harris vertu . The situation is not very queue only 15mnt we get the room key, the lobby was huge , and surprisingly we get room uprgade to harris vertu insted our reservation at yellow . The front desk explained me that the yellow still closed . We got 11 floors our room its not far away from the elevator. That so easy. Entering the room was so spacious , looked very cleaned and smelled is verry good so fresh , liked in general for the sized , I liked it . The view is good only the city, also near to go everywhere liked coffee shops, foods , and many more. All the staff was amazing from the security when entering the hotel , Front office, also FB staff .Swimming pool is good however not implemented the protocols, i mean there’s no limited at pool during this situation , a lot people used it from different room . Thats why i am not trying for swim . The HK team are also amazing very quickly for make up our room during bfast. For the breakfast its nice a lot of varians , unfortunately there’s tastedless . And this is my bad experience only for the wifi connection and tv channel . The wifi is bad abudantly. I dont know why ! So We had to called the front office over and over in the evening for this cased. The engineering is good respons so quickly coming to our room for fixed the problem, sorry i am not remember his name. For the wifi’s case i am try to not called the front desk anymore, i thought its uselessness . Thats why we took this reviews. For us its bad choices, due to our expecting to much to this harris vertu for our first staycation during this covid situation . this is not acceptable and not recommended this hotel.
