Kamar sangat kotor masih banyak serbuk2 debu atau entah apa di kolong meja dan lantai jg ngeres lengket bgt ga disapu apalagi dipel. Padahal resepsionisnya bilang kamar baru selesai dibersihkan zzz. Lift lg maintenance jd gotong2 koper naik 3 lantai lumayan bgt! Resepsionis & restaurant cuma sampe jam3, agak susah untuk nanya/butuh sesuatu diatas jam3. Poolnya ada ulat bulu. Lokasinya jg masuk2 bgt kedalem2 bener2 sesuai sama namanya hideaway.
Mungkin kl ga lg pandemi servicenya lebih bagus. Krn saya cek2 app hotel ratingnya 8. In reality? Saya bisa kasih rating 3, itu jg krn ketolong view sunset dr poolnya lumayan bagus.

breakfast is really good
there's no much choice but it's okay maybe because of pandemic

Pemandangannya bagus banget dengan infinity pool, pelayanannya aja yang masih jauh dari kata baik. Terutama prosedur dalam penginapan yang bertele-tele plus tidak ada phone service ke receptionist. 70/100
