Posisi hotel ini berada di belakang Jakarta Int Expo Kemayoran. Suasana Hotel tenang tidak berada di jln yang ribut dengan lalu lalang lalu lintas. Dekat ke pintu tol dalam kota. Dekat ke ancol. Kamar baik dan cukup luas. Tempat dan menu sarapan bagus. Pelayannya juga sangat responsive. Untuk transit ke arah bandara hotel bisa jadi pilihan. Terima ksh holiday inn express

Puassa bgt nginep disini. Mnt kamar yg hadap lgsg PRJ di kasih. Breakfast nya yaa lumayan lah.. Proses check in dan check out sgt cepat, ga ada deposit pula. Bagus kamar nya, lobby, yg paline enak deket lgsg ke lokasi PRJ nya.. Sy nginep di malam tahun baru lgsg dpr view PRJ dan fireworks nya mantaaaappp bgt.. ada tmpt gym jg... overall bagus bgt ni hotel... Keep it up yaaa

Resepsionis yang perempuan pendek tidak menyenangkan
Dari pertama datang raut wajahnya tidak menunjukkan niat membantu dan judes.
Sudah booking untuk 2 malam 2 kamar 1 twin 1 double malah diberikan kamar double semua, okelah malam pertama dipake saja karena sudah terlalu lelah, konfirmasi ke resepsionis yang laki2 minta pindah ke kamar twin untuk malam kedua sudah diiyakan. Esoknya ketika mau pindah kamar ketemu lagi sama resepsionis yang perempuan pendek bukannya membantu malah menyalahkan istri karena tidak konfirm ruangan apa saja dan perlu konfirm ke manajernya dulu untuk pindah dan ternyata tidak bisa.
Kesal sekesal kesalnya. Plis manajemen hotel harus perbaiki ini orang jika tidak bisa pertimbangkan untuk menggantinya.
Kamar just oke, terlihat hotel dan perabotan baru.
Sarapan sedikit menu dan tempatnya kecil.
Jangan ragu untuk nambah sedikit uang untuk menginap di hotel lain daripada disini, semoga pembaca beruntung

No frills Hotel, friendly and helpful staffs, decent breakfast buffet with location near to the internal expo for work purpose. For leisure travellers this might not be the place suitable for you as not much amenities around.

If your attending exhibition in Jakarta Expo, this is the ideal hotel to stay at, it is just 5 min walk away. comfortable bed with simple facilities. only setback is, this area has minimal activities during the night and if you need food, there is a starbucks downstairs, otherwise its easier to go to Kemayoran area where there is shopping and food available.

If convenience is your thing, pick this hotel to stay while you work at the Expo. It is located literally a 2 minute walk from Hall D entrance. Rooms are good and the fitness center is decent. Laundry facilities are available if you do not want to use the paid services.
My only suggestion would be to bring your own basic meds as the front desk doesn’t even stock aspirin. I had a headache one night after a long day at the exhibitions and the front desk politely apologised as they didn’t have anything to relieve my head.

Only stay here if you are visiting the Jakarta international expo as jiexpo is within walking distance (in fact it's right next door). It's the only hotel I think which is walking distance to jiexpo
Apart from that there are absolutely nothing else going for it.
The surrounds have nothing..not even a convenience shop, although the hotel has a starbucks.
The breakfast is below par for a holiday Inn (even for an express), and quite disappointing.
It has room service which is reasonably priced and you can order in from other outlets too (menus are given in the room)
Overall, I would say poor due to the lack of facilities around the location and the breakfast is below par (albeit edible)

the rooms were large, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room service was fabulous, which helps because there is very little outlets outside this hotel, other than a Starbucks next door. Ok for a couple of days, not for leisure
