Kamar tidur dan kamar mandi bersih dan setiap kamar dilengkapi dengan air hangat untuk mandi, peralatan masak, piring dan gelas, serta termos dan rice cooker yang dipinjamkan. Lokasi rumah tepat di pinggir jalan, bisa menampung garasi satu mobil. Ada mini market di sebelahnya, sayangnya tidak ada handuk.
