I was there for a business trip in October 2019 and stayed there for almost 4 weeks. The staff was very friendly, the spa area was good, also the service in the restaurant was very good, especially waitress Noviyanti.

I stay for a business purpose. Good and friendly staff. Room clean and nice. Good view from window. Full of service have swimming pool and spa as well. Very nice hotel in cilegon city. Near with toll gate.

I stayed in this hotel together with some of my fellow delegates for almost 5 days.The room is spacious especially for a room with two beds. It was clean, the comfort room had hot and cold, ample lighting and it felt comfortable. Although, there were mosquitoes inside, in general it was nice. The food in their buffet was great. They have two bars in the hotel to hang out.
The only problem we had was the language barrier. We had problems in communicating with the front desk. But nonetheless, all the staff were hospitable and polite.
All in all, our stay there was awesome.

i have stayed in horison twice, both for business trips. overall it was a pleasant stay. but on my second stay, i was a bit disappointed and wonder why our rooms were not being cleaned before lunchtime (as most hotels usually do)? one day, we came back right on time for lunch and were so tired and had to come back to an untidy room. so we have to go back to the lobby and wait until they tidy up our room. should we have a laundry that will need to be ready on the afternoon/evening, how will they know if they did not clean our room early?
